It takes a couple of days until you actually feel the effect of lack of hunger, that was actually what I was looking for !! I wish it would’ve been a little stronger but other than that I’m happy with it

It’s better for diet.

Make you tired
This product makes you tired and headache. Also hard to sleep at night time. I tried half of the bag for 2 days and I'm miserable for the whole day.

Works well
I thought this is made in Korea but it is not. Only they use Korean words on packaging but from Vietnam. I don't trust the ingredients is real or fake.Ironically it works very well. I'm not hungry and I lost 3 lbs a week.
