I'm impressed with the quality of the picture for this camera, at such a reasonable cost . Installation was straightforward, I'm impressed enough that I will be purchasing a second one.

I've had this for about 3 weeks. I bought it due to a not-so-nice neighbor who taunts my senior dog in my yard. I wanted him to be aware that I'm videoing his actions. I set the cam to motion, strobe and 20 second recording. That's the max it will record. It has a siren but I'm not going to use it, yet. I also put a 128 gb micro card in the camera to save videos. I did not prescribe to any service and don't intend too. The solar panel is included, very compact, about the dimensions of the camera with a 12" cord and provides adequate power to the camera. Its never reached under a full charge. The ap was easy to install and the settings are straight forward with no nonsense options. The camera and solar panel install was a breeze. My wifi is about 25 feet away from the camera and I have had no connectivity issues. In 3 weeks of southern lake Michigan weather, we've had sub zero temps, heavy winds, rain and a few snow storms. The current pic is heavy fog. The camera is performing very well in the extreme temps. In the heavy winds (above 35 mph), the motion sensor over activates the camera. I can adjust the sensitivity of the motion but haven't thus far. This camera also records audio. I like that. If I have any gripes they are: If the motion activates and records a 20 second motion and another motion occurs a few seconds after the first 20 seconds, it will not record the second motion. Also, there is a slight 1-2 second recording delay once motion is detected. Its only been 3 weeks but so far, I really like this camera. The true test will be in the summer as this camera is mounted on the southwest side of the house. So at this point, I would recommend this product especially since it only needs the solar panel and a wifi connection to function.

I have purchased two Techage Smart WiFi security cameras recently and am very pleased with both of them.A major reason for my satisfaction is that the directions for installation were clear and informative. Often the technological products we purchase are poorly worded or explained. This was not. It was refreshing to receive directions and diagrams which made logical sense. It was helpful and relatively simple.The installation itself was wonderful because the cameras are solar-powered. Having the ability to position the cameras practically anywhere was so convenient. No wires to run, no need for hiring an electrician to run wires underground so that a power source could be used.I'm pleased with the quality of the camera lens. It's clear and bright and captures a fine, wide-angle view of the areas I wish to surveil. I placed one of them in a garden area. It often catches sight of some interesting birds as they land by a nearby feeding area. The other camera is on a post and slightly concealed. It captures the front walkway and porch entry so that the motion detection may alert me that someone has approached the door and will be likely to ring the bell. The cameras both have many operational features involving sound and choices for whether to allow notifications or not. The manual came with ample explanations for why the camera might at certain times not function ass usual. My Internet and router are both wireless, which does mean that there will be times when a signal delay occurs.Overall, I'm very happy with these cameras. I choose not to e-mail photographs from these cameras. I am a private person and do not wish to reveal my home's appearance or certain features of my garden area which might be recognized by the wrong people. One of the cameras is neatly hidden but a photograph from it would potentially give away its location.Sincerely,Ralph Montgomery

This camera is fantastic. Great value for the price! I bought it to watch my chicken coop. We've watched opossums, raccoons, birds, and a variety of other wildlife. We set it in a tree in the spring and watched a pair of morning does hatch. Our BEST surprise was watching a rabbit feed her babies! Love the crisp image, night vision, etc. I don't worry about it out in the elements. I send this link to my friends so they can buy one for their family. Highly recommend.

I've had 2 of these cameras for nearly a month now. I was seriously impressed with the clarity day OR night. Installation and connectivity is a breeze. I was starting to get concerned because one of them was charging very slow. 3 full days of sun and it still hadn't even made it to 90%...even with motion sensor off. It finally got full charge and hasn't dropped below 92%...even after 3 straight days of rain. There are 3 levels of motion sensor sensitivity which I change for day and night. During the day I also learned to turn off the notifications....between birds, squirrels, and traffic it was driving me crazy..lol. I like the fact that it records to the cloud and/or sd card. My wifi went down for 4hrs one night, but activity still recorded to the sd cards. You can access cloud AND the sd's through the app on your phone/device. You can also watch live with the app.I got my cameras on an Amazon flash deal, but after a month of use I feel that they are definitely worth the regular price.

Pros- great video quality and sound. Solar panel works great- non stop battery. Reliable connection. Fully adjustable.Cons- most times it doesn't catch people coming my stairs until they are PAST the camera. The notification comes to my phone AFTER people knock.

I needed a cctv camera to monitor our caravan. I didn't really want to have to run power to where I needed it so looked at some of the cameras that were solar powered.This camera was so easy to set up, and we were lucky enough to be able to position the solar panel in full sun. Since we fully charged the camera the panel has been topping it up nicely.Motion alerts on my phone are spot on.The camera also has a setting to flash the light when motion is detected alerting anyone of the camera. Which works well for us ai wanted the camera to work aa deterrent.The build quality seems real good too. Picture quality is very good too.Would highly recommend.

A handy security camera, that is very easy to set up and get working. Battery life is good and all in all very pleased. Has some quirks like you can put the camera to sleep on a schedule but it would be more useful to be able to snooze the notifications instead.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy this was to set up , I am in my 80s and sometimes struggle with technology, but this was so easy to set up and operate , highly recommended.

This camera was great in the summer however lithium batteries and colder weather don’t mix.Since September our camera has just said the above.The technical help is HOPELESS. I’ve mostly been emailing Sunny for 2-3 months and all they tell me to do is reset it/ reboot it… yes… the camera UP HIGH on the outdoor wall. I got sick of being told the same pointless things. They’ve got nothing else to advise.Once warmed up in the house it works until it goes back up on the wall again and the cold once more stops it from working.I pay monthly for this camera and it’s been a total waste as it’s just been for show for the past 3 months.Look up lithium batteries and cold weather before thinking this will be any good when it gets cold.
