Very sharp. Cut the heck out of my finger with it. Had to get stitches.

Perfect product for carving larger items like Ham and Tenderloins. Comfortable and sturdy grip while cutting. Definitely buy with the sharpener! It will keep the knife in top condition.

Husband needed a new knife for thanksgiving. He prefers not to have a electric knife. This one cuts like butter. Excellent for the price!

Christmas gift for my mother, but we have both used it several times already. The handle is well designed so, even though it’s a long blade, it doesn’t FEEL long or unwieldy. So far it has made quick work of cutting large things like melon and squash, as well as sliced thru meat with precision. All in all I’m happy with it and so is the giftee.

Great meal knife but I wish that it came with a case or storage sleeve.

This knife has surprised me with its versatility and quality. I've survived with average quality knives, rarely replacing them, so I was shocked at how great it is to have a superior quality knife around. The price on this knife was quite reasonable, so it is an excellent value. No complaints after using it for a few months. Wish I'd bought it earlier.

Perfect knife for carving the Thanksgiving and Christmas turkeys. They store this in a drawer, so also purchased the cover to protect the blade and to prevent accidental cuts as the blade is extremely sharp. They have only had the knife for a month but it appears to be comparable to our very expensive Henkels which we have had for years.
