Cookies, Then Milk is the sole reason I’ve officially made it an entire year of nursing! Always gets me through my supply dips and even a trip out of state from my son for a week! It tastes amazing, so easy to make whether the quick boost or no bakes (perfect on its own, but I love warming up a few scoops then putting on some vanilla ice cream!), and the results? Are AMAZING. Your only stress will be trying not to eat it all at once!

They taste really good , very easy to make. Most importantly they work, I seen results within two days after eating them. My breast were balloons. I do believe you have to stay consistent with them as anything else you use to help with lactation.

I don’t know if this helped with supply at all because I ended up throwing most of the dough away. I did not like the taste of it at all and wasn’t about to force myself to eat an entire package on the off chance it helped with my supply.

I have heard amazing things about this product. I had my 4th and final baby June 2022 and after returning to work after 6 weeks my supply tanked. I would only pump roughly 16oz a day, then it went down to 10 oz, then 5oz, then only 1 oz to just drops. He is now almost 8 months old and we have to depend on donor milk. When this product launched on Amazon I knew it was time to try.I got the no bake edible cookie dough. I followed the directions very closely and was somewhat upset about the consistency and texture. It was very grainy and not very cookie doughy. Still very delicious though. I ate the cookie dough in 2 days.. and sadly didn't notice any change at all. I reached out to the VIP page and the owner messaged me back telling me to check my flange sizes. Emailed the pictures over and in just a few hours they responded and I realized I was using a flange size WAY too big. My new sizes JUST came in the mail today, so I guess I need to order another round of cookies then milk and hope they work this time.Point is, I am VERY HOPEFUL!!!Owner was very nice and responsive. I would still highly recommend!

Not as great as the seasonal flavors on the company website but fast delivery. Useing coconut oil is the best way. Will be ordering again when I need them fast

These are easy to make but lots of sugar. They did NOT increase or boost milk supply.

Last pregnancy I went from barely making any milk month 1 and thinking I was going to have to give up breastfeeding to having an oversupply, breastfeeding for 14 months, and donating milk to a local mom for several months. I will never go through a day of breastfeeding again without CTM products. They taste AMAZING too.
