The media could not be loaded. I had some strange looks after I took this out of the box —so I’m returning it to get the BLUE ONE because this one looks like a “lady part”Glad Amazon allows easy returns.

It's very stiff to use as a pillow and I wish it had more give for those who have shorter necks. other than that I lied on it for 10 minutes as instructed and did feel a difference! I will try to make this a part of my every day routine.
