This Coffee/Tea Mug looks exactly as advertised. Very well made and packaged. I used for my first morning cup of Turmeric milk and although the mug was too hot to hold, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again once this issue is resolved. Otherwise, great product. I'm glad that I purchased.

A big plus about these mugs is they don't tip over. These are very well made and I've been using mine for coffee mostly but tea, water and wine have also made their way into it (but not at the same time).
