Crocheted nicely, although twist on strands is a little loose so could catch while making up. Made lovely baby blanket though combined with white. Colour is a pinky purple which was a nice alternative to baby pink for a girl.

What I didn't realize is that Caron has TWO yarn collections named Blackberry. This is H97COL0005 and is a pastel color, similar to plum. The color I needed ends in 9792 and is a bold, almost fuschia pink. You can't tell by looking at the photograph on Amazon.

I use this brand a lot for doll hair. It comes in beautiful colors and once straightened is nice and shiny.
