I would say a medium, my husband is 6’2” and 220 and a xxlg worked for him

No. There are no pockets. Held my phone and keys in my hands the whole time I was out.

I would get a size bigger then you would normally wear I purchased this for my boyfriend and he ended up not being able to wear it because it ran so small Also I would purchase it sooner rather than later, because if it comes and it doesn’t fit, then returning it to any Amazon return spot like kohl’s or Whole Foods would be easy and quick and then you can purchase the right size in time for Halloween When I did return it, it was very simple and easy And it was definitely a good quality costume for the price

No sunglasses are included. Only the suit.
