Doesn’t scare my dog like my big vacuum did!
My daughter showed me her new vac that she got for her cat who has lots of hair. She loved it so I thought I would give it a try. I love this vac for my dog. It’s got just the right amount of suction as to not pull on his skin, and it’s not as loud as my regular vacuum that he hates. I love all the tools that come with it and the fact that several of them are basically self cleaning of the hair. You just push a button and the bristles retract so the hair gets vacuumed up easily. Love, love, love this pet vac.

A clean way to groom at home
I am happy with how well this clipper/vac works. The hair stays in the canister as it should. Easy-to-use and clean when done. The clippers are sharp, small and easy to maneuver around as you clip. It it quiet too! My schnauzer puppy is not scared of it and our elderly caorn terrier accepts face clipping better than ever. I've been home grooming our various for 50 years and I wish I'd had this sooner.

Pretty Good Grooming Vacuum Kit
The media could not be loaded. I like this product very much. The packaging is intact and the product is not damaged. It is a very easy to use device. I used it twice for my cat. The cat's hair sucks clean. I also use it to clean the cat's nest and sofa, which is really much cleaner.

not worth it. Suction is horrible.
This does not have any suction power. Awful.

Works great
For picking up pet hair it does a very good job. My pets won't sit still long enough to use the grooming tools on they seem like they would work fine. It's light and easy to move around so you can get to lots of places you normally couldn't with a full size vacuum, and it's suction power is surprisingly great for its size. It makes a big difference compared to my normal vacuum, which is says is for parts but gets clogged too easily. This doesn't clog and is easy to empty and clean.

A good pet vacuum for combing and cutting pet hair
There are a few pet vacuum products that have come out in the past year and I really wanted to try one because I hate paying a pet groomer every other month to keep my dog's hair tidy. By grooming him myself, I'm able to extend my visits to every three months instead, easily justifying the cost of this product. The AsyPets Dog Grooming Kit comes with the standard, hand-held attachments that you might find on a regular vacuum, including an upholstery brush for getting those stubborn dog hairs off the sofa cushions, but the real star of the show is, of course, the clipper and pet brush attachments. There is a regular brush style comb as well as a "furminator" type of comb so this vacuum can be used as part of your daily brushing routine with your pet while keeping the place clean. The clipper attachment comes with all of the standard length adjustment stuff that you'd find with a normal clipper so you can keep the cut even, if not stylish (depending on your skill level, of course. Mine is not great but the dog doesn't know). The vacuum itself is quieter than normal vacuums but has only a 1.3L container. Thankfully, my dog is medium-sized so that I don't need to pour out the container too often. Really, though. You shouldn't keep the dog on the table that long so letting the dog down while you empty the container is a good thing anyway.Overall, this product works for me and I think it was worth saving $100 bucks to skip a pet groomer visit. I still take my dog to a professional on a regular basis just to make sure that they groom the places that I miss, such as inside the ear.

It’s good for a quick trim up or for an emergency
I think this dog grooming kit is a good enough to kit to use in between taking your pet to the groomers or having on hand for some kind of desperate grooming emergency. It’s not going to do well for dogs that have complex fur such as really long fur.My dog has very wiry fur but also gets a lot of dead undergrowth. We first used the vacuum to help brush out the undergrowth and suck it up. Even though he had just been professionally groomed a couple months ago he still had a ton of shedding and we had to empty the vacuum a couple times before we even started actually trimming. He wasn’t really a fan of the brushing but he didn’t fight us either. I think he’s been desensitized from the groomer and also the vacuum isn’t super loud so he wasn’t initially scared of the noise, more so scared when he realized what was happening. You get various attachments, some are like a normal vacuum attachment and then there’s the brush and the actual shaver. They come on and off really easily with a little button on the attachment that you click and pull off. Emptying the vacuum is also pretty easy, you just take the top off and then hold it over a garbage can and click the bottom for the whole lid of the container to come off.The suction power could be better. That’s why I mentioned I don’t think this will do well on dogs with longer hair. It worked enough for us to do our dog but he has wiry hair and it’s pretty short in length.Overall I think this is just good to have on hand when your dog really needs a trim up but you don’t have time or money to make a grooming appointment. I wouldn’t exactly consider it to be “professional” more like “beginner” or “amateur”.
