They can be bought on Amazon and many other retailors that sell abrasives, such as Lowes ,Walmart and Auto Parts stores

Does this work for polishing rocks

I use it for sanding metal, but I believe it can polish rocks.. The rpms are very high though, be sure that the rpm for polishing rocks are in line with this grinder.

Does it come with oil?

sorry it does not come with oil but you can get oil at home depot or ace
