This is a piece of junk do not buy. It does not work the way it says it does. It’s plastic and it bends.

I needed to install a new faucet and this tool made it so much easier than anything I have tried before. I saw it on a You Tube video and decided to give it a try. Highly recommend.

Works well on most bathroom fixtures but the older ones. Would have liked more size options on the insert. For the price it's spectacular.

Thank you Amazon.That being said, none of the fittings would fit as described and the plastic part of the tool is so flexible that it would twist when trying to turn out the faucet nuts and the metal adapter that is supposed to fit the supply line nut does not fit (too small to fit over the nut).

This tool could do the job better if it were made of stronger, firmer material. The fact that it is plastic makes it fragile and unstable. When I used it the first time it broke in one corner, and also I didn't have the strength to remove the retaining nuts.

Didn't do the job for me, as didn't fit.

This tool is too soft and plastic to rotate at all. If it is tightened too tightly, it is recommended to purchase it with caution
