Very "sloppy" when grating

Does as expected
This item is very well made and for a change, compared to other graters, shreds the cheese up nicely.The only thing we felt that let this utility down was, the battery, the way it fits into the main body of the product, and the charging leaves much to be desired. However, this is well worth a recommendation.

Horrendous customer service
We loved this item initially.We had it 3 months and used it approx every 2 weeks.We only used it for Parmesan.We kept it in the box, and when we went to use it again, the button was loose and fell inside the grater.Contacted the seller, very rude and aggressive.Returned the item at our own expensive and eventually and begrudgingly we were refunded.Monika really needs a lesson in customer service as it clearly doesn’t come naturally.

No fit for purpose!
Doesn't have enough power to great cheese.....Definitely not fit for the reason why it's made!
