Product arrived with the the foam steps tightly wrapped in a roll. The zip that is part of the outside cover included in the pack opens all the way around, which makes it easy to put on. There is also a lint roller. The steps were sturdy enough to use straight away and even more so the next day. My elderly Sprocker weighs approx 20 Kilos and they can support his weight. Took a while for the dog to get used to them. However, they also double up as a rather convenient foot rest when placed next to the sofa! A very good product, worth the money.

Have a French Bull dog that feels the bed is just a bit too high so got these to help. Unfortunately he won’t use them there as they don’t reach the top, he’ll use them to get on the settees as they are the same height

This works brilliant, I wanted something soft but sturdy for our mini sausage along with our 11yr old boy sausage, both find it excellent. I’m very impressed and recommend to all.

Love these stairs, i was looking for a while before i decided. My dog has hip troubles and is 9. So glad i chose these they are the perfect for my sofa and bed. No sooner i put the cover on them she was walking up them, without being shown at all. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought as my older chihuahua was starting to miss the sofa when jumping to make life easier for her. Both my chi’s happily use them and find them easy to use

My dog has elbow dysplasia so no jumping on/off furniture. these are surprisingly sturdy for him getting on the bed - had to teach him to use them but he's confident on them now (weighs 17kg), am waiting for a discount to get another set for the sofa. Essentially very pleased with them.

Never recieved full order. Only recieved the cover. The foam ramp and lint roller was not delivered, i needed this asap and now i have had to settle for a refund absolute shambles.

Easy for my old dog to use
