MOONBOOK: Hormones & Horoscopes - A New Kind of Period Tracker

I'll start off by saying that there is a lot of information in the book. If you're looking for something quick and easy, this might not be your style, BUT if you're looking to really dive into learning about your flow and set intention into this process, this is absolutely a great book to grab. It has a planner in there to mark off each cycle as well. You have room to set intentions through each phase. I like it!

I bought 2 copies of the MOONBOOK for my daughter & granddaughter so they could journal in them together. The grand is at the age to learn about her Moon cycle and mom to help her but she’s discovering much also. The author Jen brainstormed her heart out creating a guide that this mom and daughter are going to have hours of bonding time with.

I've been loving this book! I stopped using tracking apps when Roe v Wade was overturned and it's honestly the most fun I've had tracking my period ever lol. It ties my natural cycles into my daily life and keeps me focused on my goals, and it is helping me to feel more grounded. Best purchase I've made this year!

I bought myself the Moonbook and just started tracking my third cycle on it. I love it!! The book provides just enough background information and then plenty of space and prompts for reflection, goal setting, etc. Through tracking in the book, I have already seen some patterns in mood, motivation, physical issues, etc. that now I feel more equipped to handle. I don’t tread the ups and downs of my cycle anymore because I understand them and it’s so empowering. The book is also compact enough that I can take it with me if I’m traveling (which I have!). I just bought Moonbooks for my two best friends and they also love theirs. Highly recommend ordering this book!

There is so much more depth to menstrual cycles then I would have ever thought. This book is going to make my periods fun and something to pay attention too, not just dreadful. I highly recommend for all women and even teens just starting there period. It will tech them periods are not something to hate or be ashamed of. Helps to enlighten on the positivity of a menstrual cycle.

I think all females should have one of these books. Super helpful and interesting info too. Love this! New goal is to gift this to each girl in my family.

I recently ordered this moonbook and I am so glad I did! It is packed with all the information you could need to keep track of your menstrual cycle, setting your intentions and how to do it. The book has so much more information that I thought I even needed, while still being easy to understand and follow. I find myself being excited to take the time to write out everything. I would highly recommend this book to any woman looking for a helpful and informative period tracker, while also being super cute!

If you are looking for a planner for 2023 to be your year, to get organized, yet honor your body in the most natural way through your period, then this planner is for you!! I love love love it!!! Being someone who never finds a planner that fits me, I end up creating my own but that takes way too long. This planner has everything I ever wanted and ability to still personalize it to me!!

Great cycle explanations, ressources and moon calendar
