I've had this camera for about 3 weeks now and it is fantastic!I placed the camera outside under a small eave for some additional weather protection and the solar panel further away and in direct sunlight receiving about 6 hours each day. The camera has remained fully charged the entire three weeks, never really losing any strength. I checked the camera at a distance of 72 feet from my wifi and it worked well at that distance, but started to lose signal any further away. I eventually placed my camera about 64 feet from the wifi source and have not had any issues. Mounting the camera is as easy as a few screws, and it does come with a template for ease of installing. The camera does require an app to be downloaded to your phone or tablet to work, and there are no fees unless you opt for cloud storage, which is not necessary as you can insert a micro SD card to store video or photos. The app will send an alert notification of movement each time its sensor picks up motion. The picture quality is quite good during the day being in color, and at night the IR provides a clear black and white picture just not at a long distance. You can also activate an LED light which will then provide a clear color night time view. The camera can be adjusted remotely left to right and up and down. It can also zoom in and out, though it will lose clarity as you zoom in, the same as your cell phone camera would. When you open your app, each time will start as a small screen and you can then open larger and you will have a full screen image. Touching the screen will bring up the movement icon. The camera also has the option of two way audio, where you can listen and speak in real time. I checked for a delay in movement and audio, and it is only slight, does not really affect the performance. So far the camera has been in a heavy thunderstorm, foggy mornings, one freezing night and several very hot days and no issues to report. Now the one night where the temperature hit 32 for just a couple of hours there was some frost on the camera lens, but as soon as the sun rose, the picture was as clear as when first setup. I plan on purchasing another, as the app states the option for additional cameras. I have a larg property, and an additional viewing angle would be great to have. I highly recommend this camera, the price was extremely affordable in comparison to similar models and the ability to utilize solar power to keep charged is a perfect option for mounting where running additional power would be a hassle.

This is a great camera for the price. No need to charge it automatically gets changed by the sun.Very easy set up as well.

I bought 2 of them for each side of my house and had very little problems installing and setting up. They do not come with a mini sd card but they are easy to find. After putting up the first one I found it so easy that the second one took me just a fraction of the time to install. The night vision is clear and works well. The cameras are easy to control with your smart phone. They are a little slow at alerting you of motion but that could be just my phones signal.

This product is a really good buy. It shows everything clearly the video quality is good. At first I was scared to buy it but when I received it and installed it I was amazed I recommend for all those who are searching for wireless cameras to purchase. It is also easy to you and easy to install. I loveeeeee it🫶.

I like the close-up recording but it does not start recording with any movement until it gets 5 ft from the camera, I did not know that like my other cameras, the movement tracking is not automatic. It will see where you aim it but you have to manually move the camera with the app to see anything moving.Also, they advertised phone alert, although there is no place to put a phone number in the account set -up mode. I guess they are talking about if you have email on your phone or have the app open which is the only way it alerts you.The motion detector is strictly to set off recoding mode when the motion gets close to the cameraAlthough I like the solar panel charging and outdoor security, If I am not home, the only recording I can get is the fixed position. Disappointed.The point of outdoor security with motion detection with tracking is to follow any movement on the property if it is detected. A car drove in the yard and was able to leave again without setting off the camera because it did not get close to the camera.All anyone has to do is walk around the focused area or stay far enough away from the camera to set it of.With that said I have double-checked all settings. I have long experience with security systems and have several indoor cameras with automatic tracking motion. The only other possibility is this camera is malfunctioning or it does not do what it should. Now I have to climb a ladder to return it and have nail holes in my brick siding. Or accept the bad choice I have made choosing this camera and buy another back-up camera that will actually track motion.

Provides a great view. Battery never needs charging. Great value for the price. Highly recommend

These cameras are great! They can be placed just about anywhere you have a wifi signal. The solar panel has a long cord on it such that camera placement is not limited to sunny locations. With an SD card installed, all of your recordings are kept on the camera. The cameras are well built.Another big plus is that HoSafe provides a 2 year limited warranty on these cameras. And, they honor it. One of my cameras suffered a solar panel failure. HoSafe helped me verify/diagnose the problem and paid for a replacement solar panel.

Ok camera, worked great, kept a great charge. The only issue i have had is it loses focus and won't rotate left or right after a few months. The imaging software is also weak. Most video has a red tint. Have contacted the seller about issue. Was told I'd have to buy a new camera of same type if I wanted a replacement. Not sure what that would solve since I received a defective product in the first place.
