These sponges are great for dish washing. They are so compact and look like skinny pieces of cardboard. Just add water and they puff up to the perfect sponge size for me! Good quality and durability.

We started buying these during Covid shortages. They work great and are a good value. They arrive flat and thin, but just ad water and they expand to full size sponge. Size is perfect for cleaning dishes, etc. and last for a long time.

We use this to clean our dog’s bowls and we like it so far. It’s a solid sponge.

Is there a shortage of sponges in the USA? Over a period of a couple months, I looked for sponges at three grocery stores where I shop. None. So I was delighted to see that I could get some from Amazon. I ordered them. They came. I was surprised that they were flat, flat, flat, but I knew what to do with them--soak them in water! And when I did, they blossomed and became at least as large and durable as those I had been paying a lot more for--when I could get them! The package is small, easy to store. I figure I will never have to search in grocery stores for sponges again. I will keep a good supply of these under our sink.

At first I was very excited to use these compressed sponges. Ten sponges came in a box in a box as thick as a deck of cards and the sponges themselves weren't much thicker then a card. I felt like a kid when a put a white sponge in water and it expanded to be a little larger then a sponge from a 4 pack of Cello sponges. The sponges felt good in my hand, were very absorbent and seemed to made with quality material. However after a few days of light duty it started to tear. Every one of the ten sponges started to fall apart afer a few uses. The above picture looked like this after a few uses. One more use and it will be practiacally torn in half.

Because these are flat when you receive them, they are easy to store and take up very little space. Once you wet them, they expand to full size almost immediately and they are durable for everyday use in the kitchen. They hold up well when scrubbing sink, countertop and dishes. For sanitary reasons, I use one for a couple of weeks and then toss it and pull out a new one. I will definitely re-order these again in the future. Great value for the price!
