Best pan so far. Great size for 3 eggs.
I got mine locally. I've had mine in great condition for 3 years now but last month I ruined the non-stick by making my flaxseed bread on it. I’ve used and abused mine.You need to season your pan! After using mine I always clean it with a small amount of “Bar Keepers Friend” powder, then washing it well with warm soapy water. I season my pan with tallow and the anti-stick is perfect. I always rub a tiny amount of tallow or coconut oil on my pan before storing. As I have mentioned before, I really abused my pan by making my daily flax bread and after all these years, this pan holds up true.You do have to take the necessary steps before placing your egg mixture on it, like all steel pans. You heat it up at medium heat and when it's smoking turn down to low heat, add ghee or your favourite fat for cooking, then add your egg. Perfect tamagoyaki eggs every time.

the pan bottom is not steady,the temp cant spread evenly, Already throw into bin, make every ommlette black,useless,who buy,who ll regread
