Good rear seat post bracket
Ideal little bracket for the cateye volt rear light, which whilst best fitted to the underside of the seat, prevents use of a seat bag. So bought this to enable light to be fitted to seat post, just below the bag. Light clips in and can be easily removed, and is held firmly in place. It would have been nice to get one with the lught, but nothing unusual in manufacturers trying to grt that little extra from you, hence only 4 stars!

If the saddle rail mount made your Volt 50 useless, buy this.
Used on the seat part of a Brompton folding bicycle. The saddle rail mount that came with the Volt 50 doesn't fit a Brookes B17 saddle, and cannot be installed on any other part of the bike, making it neither use nor ornament. This seat post mount fits just fine, and in turn makes the Volt 50 useful. While the unit fits to the seat post using a hand tightened nut, a 5mm Allen key is required to set up the angle of the light. Once fitted, the light doesn't move at all. It can be mounted either way up; mine is upside down (the same orientation as the Volt 300) to put the light up under the saddle.

still a bit soft easy to break.not as tidy as the seat rail bracketbut those things are made of cheeseand break new out of the box.the front light bar mounting is bulletproof

Does the job
Needed spare for my other bike, all works well. It does swing around sometimes if you knock it, but not many other solutions on a carbon road bike with no fixings...

Fits it's purpose well. The Volt 50 comes with a saddle post which is great, places the light higher and well visible to vehicles behind you however you can't have a saddle bag mounted at the same time... This is where the seatpost comes into place and the reason why I've bought it.
