Impossible to find locally
After seeing recommendations for Aleppo Pepper on several cooking programs, I have been on the lookout for it for a few years now with no success. The Spice Way package is fresh and carefully curated. I like the flavor profile of this Turkish pepper: milder than standard red pepper flakes with an almost citrusy and more nuanced depth. High on flavor and less on heat, it can add a bright red color to a wider range of foods. It is an important Mediterranean component in a flavor array. I’m addicted to Aleppo Pepper! What a delicious spice. It’s not really hot but has a beautiful flavor. love it on pasta, in eggs, homemade bread, smoothies, veggies, etc etc etc.

My new go to pepper to finish dishes same as a good evoo
Started using Aleppo pepper every day on eggs, salads . It has a mild amt of heat enough to know there is pepper but by no means overwhelming. Used to buy from Penzys but their prices and other things were ridiculous. This is way more cost effective and tastes every bit as good

Wonderful mild pepper, we use it in many dishes, but it is especially good with tomato sauces.

I love this spice and the company that produces it. I have now substituted this for any where I would normally use red pepper flakes. So much more flavor. A little about the company that produces this: Organic, NON GMO, family business that has grown because of their commitment to high standards, and excellence. I am now branching out and trying other spice blends from them. I look forward to a spice filled life.

This brand tastes better and fresher than others I've bought online. Good heat but not too much. Easy to seal bag.

Better than black pepper
This is a re-purchase. I have tried to find a good chili or pepper that had the heat intensity of black but a better flavor. An extra bonus is that it is red to add a bit of colour to any dish. This is also perfect for Mediterranean cuisine. I will buy again and again.
