This cake turned out super well. I have not had great luck with sugar-free/low sugar cake mixes, but this one was phenomenal! It was really moist out of the oven as well as a day or two later. The taste was great and had zero aftertaste. I really enjoyed it and will be buying more and looking for other products from this company. Highly recommended!

High in flavor and low in calories and WW points!

This Keto Chocolate Cake Mix is lower in calories than traditional cake, has only two net carbs, is free from artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and sweeteners, and contains zero sugar. It replaces sugar with monk fruit extract and Erythritol, so eat in moderation if you are sensitive to alcohol sugars. It also contains wheat gluten, soy, and almond flour which may be problematic for some people.I followed the directions as they were written without using any ingredient substitutions and the batter made 12 cupcakes. While the cupcakes did not rise as much as traditional cake batter cupcakes normally do, the texture was surprisingly light with a pleasing mouth feel. These taste ever so slightly sweeter than cupcakes usually do, but not overwhelmingly so. I plan to frost them still, but they're actually very good even without it.Although this mix is expensive, especially since it only makes a small cake or a dozen cupcakes, it seems to be slightly less expensive than other brands. If you have to have a Keto friendly cake mix, I'd say that this one is worth trying.

Tastes as close to devils food cake as you can get without the carbs.

This product was absolutely horrid. I never write Amazon reviews but I just had to warn others. I was quite excited to try this mix after reading through the positive reviews but oh my god, the flavor of the chocolate cake is rancid and I sadly threw it out. I did also purchase the vanilla one and I’m hoping that’s better. I’ll update once I get around to making it. Fingers crossed…
