Great product and a great transaction.

We already have a few Barcode readers put in different sections of our warehouse for specific purposes and needed an additional one for receivables. This barcode reader is very handy and with multiple options for connectivity. The USB dongle connectivity has the greatest use case. The other Bluetooth-based scanner we have needs extra work before each scan to connect to our tablet and gets disconnected every now and then, but this one is just scanned and done. This does work great in both the sun as well as low light which is an issue with our other scanners. It did come with a stand and now I have a known place to find this scanner.The issue I faced was with UPS tracking barcode. Out of the box, it was missing the last character of the barcode and instead, it was pasting the barcode 2 times, delimited with carriage return. I am not sure what but with few tips and tricks over the internet it got fixed.Pros:- Multiple connectivity options. Bluetooth and wireless dongle works great- works great in both Low light and high light- longer battery life- Internal storage to store barcodes when you are far from a PCCons:- The wired connectivity is via a micro-USB cable, which is not a durable solution for wired scanning.- Requires a bit of work for out of the box experience, in some cases.

Would not scan

Keep the manual handy as it has barcodes to program the scanner various ways. Otherwise, very easy to use and customize for applications where you are scanning barcodes and/or QR codes as part of your daily work. My last use of it had me scanning QR codes and barcodes without any pattern. But the scanner rea the codes and passed the information into the application like it was programmed to do.
