All In One Player Bluetooth in + Out
This is an Update to our Dec 11 2023 Three-Star Review that was based on the fact that the LoopTone Factory Quality Assurance let a product go out that had a non-functional CD Tray. [We also did not like the phonograph needle-arm raise-lower lever operation that was loose and did nothing for 90% of the lever’s travel.] Amazon was great in that I was able to get a replacement in a few days with no more hassle other than having to repackage and get the defective one to UPS. The CD Tray functioned on the replacement unit. This was the only combination/all-in-one player we could find that has Bluetooth In [LoopTone can Receive and Play Audio from other Bluetooth devices like a Smart-Phone] AND Out [LoopTone can Transmit Audio from the selected LoopTone source to Bluetooth speakers or headphones]. It replaces [to the extent it can] a wonderful 7-year-old TEAC LP-R Series All-In-One Player whose CD Tray mechanism went bad. We chose this LoopTone model because, given the small built-in speakers of unknown wattage, we would be able to integrate Bluetooth 'nearly-wireless' speakers if we wanted.A Note on ‘Quality’:The Chinese-built quality made us hesitant to buy it. As this is the only All-In-One that has the Bluetooth In And Out functionality, we went with it, having set our expectations accordingly. The first one we received had the CD Tray and Phonograph Lift-Arm Lever problems, and as soon as we tried the Phonograph on the replacement unit, there was a noticeable grinding sound when the turntable rotated. We were ready to go through the repackage and return hassle again, but being desperate to avoid that, we ’studied’ the problem for a few minutes and ended up ‘resolving’ it by applying a ‘bending’ force to the chrome spindle in a direction that moved the rotating turntable away from the plastic turntable housing that it was ‘rubbing’ against. Manufacturing is outsourced to China because it saves a few bucks, so we are stuck with that for the foreseeable future.End Note. The LoopTone is surprisingly light and small - I am surmising that the small side-facing speakers and bare-bones Tape functionality allow for the shrinkage. Despite the small speakers, the sound quality and volume sound fine to our non-audiophile ears. All the features that we tested functioned as expected. [The phonograph needle-arm lift-lever is not as loose, and the lever lifts after only 50% of ’no-lift’ travel instead of 90% on the initial unit.]. We did not test the USB, SD Card, Auxiliary Input, Headphone Input, Bluetooth In/Receive, Line Output to wired speakers, or any Recording operations [this thing does a lot!]. As expected, the Tape Player lacked the rewind capability we had in our TEAC, but the playback audio was fine. The Phono, CD Player, Tuner, and Tape all produced fine sound, and all the features worked as expected. [We also only tested the 33-1/3 Revolutions Per Minute Phonograph speed.].We aren’t fond of the slider-switch control design that selects the various ‘modes’ like Phono, CD, Radio, and so forth. In addition to being kind of hard to see, I have to wonder how many cycles of mechanically moving these back and forth it will take before a failure happens. Our old TEAC and other All-In-One units use push buttons to make these selections.Note that the LoopTone Volume and Tuner knobs are not motor driven, so the Remote can not control them. The Remote only controls the CD Player electronic features like Track Changing, Stop/Start Play. It also controls some other Electronic features associated with the USB and SD Card. It works [it's definitely not a toy!], but keep your expectations low and Read The Manual.LoopTone Bluetooth Out:We purchased a pair of tiny and pretty amazing Total Wireless Stereo [TWS] capable speakers from NotABrick, and the LoopTone Bluetooth Paired with them seamlessly [Read The Manual] via a simple button push on the LoopTone, and the Bluetooth speakers provide great spatially-separated Stereo with noticeably more Bass than the LoopTone speakers. The only downside to the setup is that the LoopTone Volume Control does not control the Bluetooth NotABrick speaker volume; you have to use the Volume Control buttons on either of the speakers. So, all-in-all, and despite an initial rough patch, our short-term review is a five-star. We would take a fraction of that off due to our less than stellar confidence in the manufacturing QA, but decided to not give it a four-star because other than the Tape functionality, it has a very robust combination of pretty well-designed features including the not-to-be-found-elsewhere Bluetooth functionality. If you don’t mind ‘Made In China’ hit-and-miss quality [Amazon helps to make up for this] and are looking for a good Bluetooth In AND Out enabled All-In-One player with decent perfectly serviceable sound quality, this LoopTone model is your best bet at this date.

The record player I received is perfect out of the box and well worth its price point
This record player far exceeded my expectations. Built in speakers are adequate but as soon as I connected speakers this the high quality playback of my vinyls and all media truly excelled. I would recommend this to anyone on a budget that wants the features offered. Can not speak on durability as it only arrived today but so far am pleasantly surprised by the sound quality in comparison to my two crosley record players. 10/10 recommend and will come back if durability were to become an issue.

Record Player, FM/AM Radio, Turntable, Bluetooth, Cassette player and more high quality sound
This LoopTone 10-in-1 record player is a fantastic blast from the past with a modern twist! I was looking for something that could play my old records and this does that and so much more. Here's what I love:-Nostalgia overload: It has that classic look with the wood finish and big dials, but it's packed with features. Besides records, it plays CDs and cassettes! I can even listen to the radio or connect with Bluetooth.-Surprisingly good sound: The built-in speakers are decent for casual listening, but I was really impressed when I hooked it up to my bigger speakers. It really filled the room with sound.-Easy to use: I'm not very tech-savvy, but this was a breeze to set up. Everything is clearly labeled and the instructions were easy to follow.-Recording feature: This is a game changer! I'm able to convert my old records and cassettes to digital files. It's like preserving memories.Great value: For the price, you get a ton of functionality. It's like having multiple devices in one.Honestly, the only small downside is that the dust cover feels a bit heavy but that's a minor quibble. If you're looking for a versatile music center with a vintage vibe, this LoopTone player is a winner!

A Perfect Blend of Retro and Modern!
I like retro record players. In fact, I have my grandfather's record player, but unfortunately, his record player is too old and the pickup head doesn't work anymore. But nowadays, society is very advanced. I originally wanted to go to a second-hand store to buy an old record player, but they were all the same size. After thinking about it, I decided to look for a multi-functional machine so that I wouldn't have to put it in a corner and let it gather dust after using it for a while. So I fell in love with this all-in-one record player, which not only has a record function but also a cassette function!!! Isn't it amazing! It can play the cassettes of my father's generation! Plus CD and MP3 functions, it's so powerful! Finally, I appreciate that it supports Bluetooth function. It is simple and can be directly connected for playback if needed. This thing has been monopolized by my child’s mobile phone. All in all, it's a great machine, I like it!

Micro
The pictures, of course, are an over exaggeration of the size of this item. It’s about the size of 3 small dvd players stacked together. That is nice in some instances but also that affects the sound as well. You’ll need an extra set of external speakers to fill a room with music. I purchased for in-laws and was immediately embarrassed as they opened it, even more so when they heard it.

So excited for this record player!
What a cool product. I have been thinking of buying a record player for a long time to play vintage records. Growing up as an immigrant, it was a beautiful experience to listen to children’s stories and fairytales on records that my family brought from “the old country.” I want to give that same experience to my kids. This record player seemed to fit the bill perfectly. It looks nice sitting on the shelf. It’s decent sized but not too big. I wouldn’t say it’s portable to take anywhere but it’s easy to move around my home; not too big or bulky. Looking forward to collecting some records for my kids. We will be enjoying this for a long time!
