Was advised by the doctor to try these out, must say that they do give relief however i am not sure how long they will last as they tend to move about in the shoe, have put a sticky pad in the bottom of my shoe to secure, only time will tell if they are a good buy.

There is no way I can get these to stay in place in my shoes or trainers. They just slide forward as soon as I walk. I saw on some reviews that people used double-sided tape - that was rubbish! My daughter suggested I try putting them inside my close fitting ankle socks - what a great idea - it worked but takes quite a lot of time (and an assistant!) to get them properly placed. My husband regards this as a challenge and is determined to get some way to fix them properly in my footwear. I suppose you get what you pay for as my Scholl ones fit perfectly without moving in my shoes and trainers, the only problem being that the instep part hurts my feet in trainers - that's why I bought these, they don't have a piece for the instep. When I do get them placed properly inside my socks, they do partially relieve the pain.

This is a good product to start with in casual shoes but if you were using them in shoes you were wearing all day like work boots they would not have so much support. The service from the company was very fast they arrived within two days of ordering.

I bought these as I had hurt my heels from running and needed some extra padding in my shoes. They fit all of my shoes just fine and I was able to swap them into different shoes very easily. The only two slight issues with this product are; they don't stay in place very well - so when walking they can move around and can come out of place and they don't wear well/last very long. They start looking quite worn fairly quickly, discolour and just start look like they need a clean. If you need a quick fix and aren't prepared to pay a lot these will do the job! Overall i'm was pretty happy with these.

I have a few pairs of these placed mainly in my walking boots and wellingtons. They do help and are very comfortable. It is very difficult to find the exact items to relieve the pain - but over a period of months these seem to have done the trick. I also try to wear trainers more in the house and this also helps relieve the pain.

These provide good cushioning for painful heels but don't stay in place. As I use them in two pairs of shoes I might consider buying another pair and then stick them in place.

Had to wait a few days for delivery but am pleased with the product. It's supporting the area of my foot that needs the support and helping me walk more comfortably.
