Help With That STANK!!
Help with that STANK!! Our washing machine handles a lot. Five animals, two teens, two full-time working parents - we make a LOT of laundry so anything I can do to keep our washing machine fresh is necessary. I have to swipe the hair out of the washer regularly but when the door gets shut for a couple days at a time as laundry piles up the remnants of anything in the barrel plus a moist environment are grounds for the most vile stink transferring to our clothes even if they’re not stinky already. This device is very functional and quickly has become part of a necessary maintenance piece to keep our washer from stinking. You have to have some air flow in there so it won’t mold. This device has a powerful magnet, looks sleek and is just as easy to bend into our door opening after each use. It comes with a screw-in arm that fits easily into the base and stays relatively tight. If it loosens up you just turn the arm on the base to re-tighten. I also like that the device still allows the closet doors to close while keeping the washer door just barely cracked open. This item is a great value. You just stick it to your washer to install and you’re done -easy. You may have to remind the people in the house they don’t want stinky clothes to get them to use it regularly but it was surprisingly easy to get my people to do it when they understood the purpose, Love this thing. It feels sturdy but if it breaks somehow I’ll order it again. I kinda want one for my dishwasher next.

Must have for laundry room
This door prop works great. My laundry room is very small and tight, so I appreciated having this to keep the door from swinging out and being in the way. It also allows my washer to air out properly and avoid any excess moisture. It's easy to assemble because its magnetic, and you can adjust the shape as you please.

Perfect for front load washer to keep door open to air out!
This works great for keeping the washer ajar after use to air it out. No mold accumulates in the washer and it’s easy to use. Very study, stays on the washer no problem and it’s easy to bend how you want it.

A Simple Gadget That Solves a Real Problem
I didn’t realize how much I needed this little magnetic door prop until I had it. My front-load washer always trapped moisture inside, leaving that lovely “damp towel in a gym bag” smell behind — no matter how often I wiped the gasket. This magnetic prop keeps the washer door slightly open between loads, allowing air to circulate and preventing that mildew funk. The magnet is surprisingly strong, yet easy to adjust or remove when needed. It attaches cleanly to the metal frame without scratching, and the flexible arm fits both my washer and dryer. It’s one of those small, inexpensive gadgets that genuinely makes a difference. If you’re tired of battling musty odors or wiping down the door after every wash, this little device is worth every penny.

Simple fix for a common problem
This little gadget does exactly what it’s supposed to: keeps the washer door propped open so it can air out and avoid that musty smell. The magnet is strong enough to hold the door in place, and the flexible arm makes it easy to adjust the angle. I use this one at my Airbnb laundry setup to help prevent mildew between guest stays and it’s been a smart addition since we have front door washer there. It’s not fancy, but it’s functional and sometimes that’s all you need. If you’ve got a front-load washer and hate that lingering damp smell this is a cheap, sturdy and easy fix.

If You’re Even Looking at This Object, But It and Don’t Look Back!
I absolutely love this thing. Works and looks just like the description and photos say and show. Our washing machine is in the small entryway between our garage and the rest of our house. I’ve always left the door slightly ajar when done washing, but invariably someone in the household would shut it by accident or on purpose, or, far worse, the little metal latch on the edge of the open door would catch on a pantsleg and cause a painful collision. This magnetic doohickey keeps the washer open enough to dry out while keeping the door sufficiently out of our way. The magnetic base is strong (this isn’t just a repurposed fridge magnet; no, it’s strong and stays put even when one walks a bit too close. Easy to put on and take off and it, well, it just makes me happy to look at and see do its job. One more thing: I love my washing machine and was concerned that this might scratch the finish. Nope, all metal is contained in smooth silicone. Stocking stuffer, anyone?

Game Changer for Laundry!
know it sounds silly, but this is probably one of my favorite finds on Amazon. This washer door prop works perfectly, it’s great quality, easy to use, affordable, and most importantly, it lets my washer dry after use without having to keep the entire door wide open.

Useful gadget!
Who knew? A simple, but effective little tool! Just having it on the washer is a reminder to use it! The magnet is strong but detaches easily when you want to move it or turn it. Certainly better than propping my washer door open with the fabric softener bottle!!!
