Good quality, good price, good functionality
I have tried several other ice bag "contraptions" for recurring tendinitis (tennis elbow). This Pro Series item is the best I have used. I am male, 6' 1", 195lb with an athletic but not muscular build, and it fits my arm well. It's relatively easy to put on once you get used to it. It has tabs on the end of each velcro strap which makes them fairly easy to pull and cinch-down. The bag doesn't hold a lot of ice, but it holds the perfect amount for 20-30 minute icing (which is really all you should do at one time anyway). The bag is heavy duty with a wide opening and I have experienced no leaks with the lid. I have found it best to use crushed ice as opposed to ice cubes. If you have that option, this works well. I have used this for several weeks straight (2-3 times per day) with no problems. It does not provide significant compression. For that, I prefer the SENTEQ Elbow Brace Support Strap. (This also is the best I have found. It is wide, comfortable, sturdy and stays in place). The only minor issue I have with it is that if I'm not paying attention, I tend to bang the lid on door frames, corners, etc. as I walk by. It's not really a problem with the ice bag... just a heads-up should you purchase and wear this around. That being said, it is more compact than some others I have tried. All in all, I would highly recommend this item. It has really helped alleviate pain and swelling for me. It provides quick relief and I believe it is helping my tendinitis heal over time. It seems to be of good quality and the price was fair. If you're experiencing elbow / arm pain, I would highly recommend this ice bag.

Worth purchasing
After reading other reviews I was aware that it was not a slim fit item that could be worn underneath clothes but it does work well. Easy to use over and over by adding more ice - which is nice in that you don't have to refreeze before using again at another location if you have more than one area that needs icing. Would like to see other option than Velcro adjustments. Find it difficult to attach to.ankle or knee due to Tennis elbow issue(where I use it first). Overall I like the product and it has helped in reducing my pain

PERFECT!!!!
I needed cold therapy for my elbow and was trying to attach an ice bag with an ace bandage. It just wasn't working well.I looked at many other options - some with beads, some with gel, etc - and felt that those wouldn't stay cold long enough. I really like my ice. This is PERFECT. It's a little ice bag with stretchy hook & loop straps (2) so you can place the cold exactly where you want it and hold it there.PERFECT!!! I guess you do need to be aware that this will not be unobtrusive. You couldn't pull a sleeve over it and have no one notice. It's there, lumpy and very noticeable. I, personally, don't care. I don't feel the need to hide my hurt elbow and it feels really good!!Highly recommended. I cannot imagine what they could change that would make this any better.

Wrap if fine, bags are not...
As I get older, icing after sports or even a long day of yard work becomes more and more needed. So I bought the same product I see in most sports stores. The wrap itself works as needed. No real magic there. The ice bags themselves though....After a very short amount of time, on multiple ice bags, when unscrewing the cap, the glue that holds the metal ring to the bag itself falls apart, making the bag useless....

Tiny, leaky, ridiculous contraption.
This is your grandmother's ice bag with a velcro fastener. A small one, not large enough even to ice tennis elbow. And it leaks. Ridiculous. I was disappointed and returned it after the first use.

They say ice is the best treatment for tennis elbow in the first few weeks
They say ice is the best treatment for tennis elbow in the first few weeks, and this really does a great job of isolating the ice pack on the sore area. It's not uncomfortable and seems sturdy. I transitioned to a compression sleeve after three weeks and the healing has progressed, but I credit this device for helping me keep the area iced early on.

Highly Recommended For Tennis Elbow
I had a terrible case of tennis elbow and was told to ice multiple times a day. Using a regular ice pack was not cutting it so I came across this device. What is excellent is that it uses regular ice cubes so there's no waiting around for it to refreeze after each use. Fit perfectly on my elbow and made icing 3 times a day a lot easier...highly recommended product.
