When I have hot drink in one I can't hold the cup

very happy
I love these cups personally very thrilled with them. Only issue, i was washing them yesterday and upon holding one simply a bit firm at the top, the whole side split and cracked which was a disheartening moment.Besides the lack of sturdiness and durability.Perfect stuff.

Too hot
These cups, when filled with hot drinks are too hot to hold so therefore do not serve a purpose.
