Which size are the individual sheets?

Normal flip chart size. I think that is A1.

Is this plain paper or lined?

This is not paper. It is a roll of white plastic sheets, similar to dustbin bags in thickness, which stick to the wall by static electricity. Others describe it as "magic whiteboard" because you write on it with markers as you would on a whiteboard. It is certainly not lined and definitely not paper. It can be wiped off and re used several times.

is this black or white? Ive ordered before and it was white but the picture has changed and is now black?

The product is white with grid lines... It is NOT a whiteboard (which is why I mistakenly purchased it). My advice would be to stay away from the legamaster products on Amazon, as they are not clearly described at all.

They are tear off sheets however it cuts fine so yes you can cut it.
