I am writing this review after more than a year usage of the product.The product is really good, light weight and sleek.After almost 1 year of usage, the zips had some problem.I shared the concern with the team.... Without any hassle, I have been given a replacement bag.I really appreciate Hoteon team for their quick response and customer support.I have been ordering other items such as Masks etc. During Covid from Hoteon as well...
