Queen Size Storage Bed Frame, Wooden Platform Bed with Charging Station, 4 Drawers & Headboard/No Box Spring Needed/Noise-Free/Dark Brown

Picked this up because we wanted a lower bed frame and a headboard and am overall really happy with the product. The instructions are a little lackluster in parts, but overall clear enough to not have any major issues. I will say I was surprised that this arrived in one incredibly heavy box (130lbs!!) that looked like a pack of wild dogs had been after it. The packing was torn in multiple places, one of the corners had been completely caved in, and it was weirdly wet on one side. That said, the contents were completely fine. No scratches, dings, or defects of any kind. Well done! But how is assembly? Well ...Assembly isn't terribly difficult. It took me roughly 40 minutes to build the bed frame (not including the drawers), but there are a few quirks. For starters this thing is so well packaged (a plus) that it took me the better part of an hour to unpack and organize everything (not a plus). Once I had everything laid out and the packaging all squared away though assembly really was quite simple. You get the hex key you need for the majority of the assembly, plus the worlds worst and tiniest screwdriver to mount the power strip assembly. All of the screws and such are laid out clearly and neatly, plus you get quite a lot of extras if you run into any issue (I didn't). The bed goes together really quickly once you get the headboard assembled, though it would have gone much faster with two people. Once the bed is complete though you have to build the drawers and yeah, that suuuuucks.So what's so bad about the drawers/baskets? Well for starters they're made from that wrapped wire kind of material, which means their bent into a rough shape, but don't align perfectly with each other. You're going to have force the bits to fit, but it works. The first real annoyance though is mounting the wheels. Despite the fact that every other fastener is a steel screw, for some reason the manufacturer decided to use these chintzy little plastic push tabs to keep the wheels mounted. These are infuriating. Sometimes they go in smoothly with little force. Other times, the majority of the time, you're going to be wishing hateful things on the company that made this because these stupid stubborn little fasteners refuse to slot in correctly. Once you get past that though (16 times!!!) the rest of the assembly is ok. You have little rubber clips that hold the corners of the baskets together. They're not the sturdiest thing on earth, but they get the job done. Like everything with the baskets they're fiddly to get on there. Sometimes they slot right into place, and other times you'll be fuming just like you were with those push tabs (seriously guys? why not just use screws?) Attaching the wooden front of the baskets is a walk in the park by comparison, but honestly I took longer to assemble the baskets than I did with the rest of the bed frame. I spent the better part of three hours building this thing, and only 40 minutes of that was actually dedicated to the bed frame. If the person this was intended for wasn't determined to use the baskets I would have just tossed them.Overall I'm very happy with the bed frame. I'm not using the "charging station" because I just don't trust it, but I still installed it. This thing is so solid, it's really impressive. With the mattress on the bed is kind of at that perfect sitting height. Just roll over and stand up, super comfy. The headboard is also really solid, though I kind of wish there were a board running along the back between the shelves so you don't accidentally drop things behind it. It hasn't happened yet, but I know this is going to be a semiregular occurrence. It's a great bedframe, no complaints, and the price was incredible for what you're getting. I'm really blown away by the quality of the wood material used here. Feels really solid and not a flaw on even on piece. Amazing.

This bed took forever to put together. It’s not difficult and the instructions are very easily interpreted, but there are so many pieces. This is definitely a 2 person job. The usb and outlet port is such a nice feature in case the bed ends up covering one. The drawers did come slightly bent but the instructions do recommend gently bending them back into place. The bed does come with clips to hold the drawers together which does help to alleviate this. Overall a decent, sturdy bed with a nice color pattern.

I like the integration between the metal and the faux wood… brillant!! It’s solid and the lock-in-place drawers are awesome. If i were suggesting, i would make the head board a little wider… and put a back on it. Some people have their bed “floating” in their bedroom and NOT against a wall, and no back is NOT attractive. Other than that.. awesome, solid, worth the price by far more than any other platform bedframe ive previously owned.

This platform bed is awesome. Easy to set up, took about 45min. Any damage you see in reviews is from the shipping company not this product. My box was damaged but nothing inside was. Great packing, lots of protection. A few steps in the instructions are out of order at the end. And by far the drawers are the least fun to assemble lol. Size is just as expected and makes zero noise getting in or out of. Me and my partner are close to 500lbs combined and it hasn’t made a single sound with us on it. Great price and value

This was easy to put together. Great quality and sturdy. Love the extra storage underneath bed. Only thing I wish was that the drawers had bars to slide into to keep them in place. I have hardwood floors and they move when you bump them

Preface i do have carpet but those wheel for the drawer part really are a pain! Otherwise its a wonderful bed, no squeaking and great extra storage

This is now about two months in. This is a nice product that most importantly was super easy to put together. Took me only 1-2 hours with no help. Good instructions and simple configuration. I love the metal frame for sturdiness and the foam padding to help with any potential metal to metal banging. Only thing to warn about is the drawers are not great. They do the job but they’re not perfect. They don’t run on a track, they have wheels and sit on the ground; they’re also only attached to the bed frame by a simple screw that goes into a hole on the frame, we lost those screws quickly so the drawers shift around slightly when making the bed and stuff. Not a deal breaker honestly. We just store blankets and extra sheets in there anyhow.

It was just what I needed for the guest room. Went together in a jiffy, feels sturdy and stable and is easy to move to clean. Looks nice and the outlets and USB ports are a nice plus.
