A good value inverter
So far, working well. Is paired with a Renogy charge controller. Don't use the supplied battery cables - get something more substantial. I have a 150A breaker between the battery and the inverter so should trip before I hit 2KW.Really wish they did a 24v version.

So far so good
Works well so far but I’ve honestly not yet put it to its full test, easy to install. I can use auxiliary power through it which I couldn’t with my sterling and costs more.

Awesome and with pass through UPS functionality as well
This is a great product and part of our growing Solar migration project. It also has a UPS pass through functionality if you want to hook it up to the mains to supply battery back up power in the event of a blackout whilst mainly using mains.

Great product - high quality and easy to fit
Fitted in my Adria Twin campervan for off grid use of 240V toaster/kettle etc.

Works really well and appears well built and is already in use sed
Mounted inverter and battery on trolley so that in can be moved about easily. Used for external use to power various items where no mains available. Also used to power central heating boiler during power cut.

Solid inverter with welcome extras but some poor aspects
Not used the inverter yet but thought it was worth adding observations on initial opening and I will update with performance details once its installed. As others have noted don't use the cables provided. They're not marked with a particular CSA but do say 100A on them, which is clearly not enough for a 2000W load at 12V. You could parallel them however to get the appropriate rating. The big surprise for me, which is not mentioned in the marketing material is that the inverter includes and automatic changeover feature for an AC input. So if you use this in a motorhome and are plugged into electric hookup, this inverter will automatic switch to the electric hookup supply which does away with designing a separate changeover panel. I will certainly be making use of this additional surprise feature in my install!Update 11/22:I have removed a star, from 5 to 4. I should probably remove1.5 but that isn't possible. First of all I should say the inverter works as solidly as its first impression. I've ran hair dryers, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners and circular saws off it with no issues (up to 1.6kW only). The down sides are thus however. 1. The inverter beeps incessantly when my Renogy Rover Elite MPPT solar charger reaches the upper realms of 14.9V (usually during intermittent sun). There is no way to configure either product to stop this and so, Renogy's own products are incompatible, without warning. 2. Renogy's customer service is appalling. Replys take weeks, if they come at all and if they do they are usually in very broken English with generic, unhelpful responses that indicate they have no deep understanding of their own equipment. 3. There is no indication and Renogy themselves do not know how the 230V supply is earthed internally. The difference between an isolated and earthed supply is critical for the installer to know so that an appropriate wiring configiration can be selected to ensure that Residual Current Devices will operate correctly. This lack of information is bordering on dangerous. Even a direct question to Renogy support yields no useful answer.

Quality build
There's a lot of cheap, unreliable inverters out there, I've had two of them, but this is not one. If I had got one of these in the first place I would have saved myself a load of grief. Live and learn. Using it for my shed - lights, heater, power tools - as long as I don't overstretch the batteries - smooth as you like.

Works great - used via battery in our house after dark, however replace the cables though!
Seems to work well and i would say its close to four stars, powers our air fryer, microwave, washing machine (on low temp) after dark via our battery. A couple of gripes - the cables that come with it are not fit for purpose, cheap quality, no marking to show compliance with the cabling standards, and they do not cope with 2000w well. All in all i think the cables are dangerous and should be replaced with British standard compliant cables that can the the watts/amps.Also it should come with a better earthing lug and rubber feet in my opinion
