Q: Can you chop hard vegetables like carrots or beets?

I like it. It chopped garlic and onion even bc it has 3 layers blade. I like it better than one in Costco. There are 3 containers so the biggest one should be big enough for carrots. The blade is very sharp compare to other branch. Be careful when washed it. I got deep cut for the first time.

Q: Does this chop stringy celery?

I normally use a vegetable paper to remove the strings from regular celery. Most of the time I buy celery hearts which do not have heavy strings and cut the stalks into pieces and chop them up without any problems. Hope you find this helpful.

Q: How long does the charge last?

I was extremely happy with this product. It had enough charge to last the entire time that I needed it. I was making my own supplements and I'll tell ya what, I ran out of things to turn into dust before I ran out of battery. Hope that helps.
