Mason Jar Solar Lights Lanterns, 6-Pack Amber Flame Flicker Lights with Glass Mason Jar,Best for Wedding Garden Patio Outdoor Solar Powered Hanging Lanterns(Jars & Hangers Included)

Bought 3 sets of these 4 piece mason jar solar "waterproof" lights in early December 2018. I assembled them properly by sealing the lid to the glass mason jars to place on a weeping cherry tree (without leaves) along my front walkway as a Christmas decoration. The tree has a daily high SE solar exposure all year. They looked beautiful when fully charged and stayed lit at different levels from 7-10 hours each. Some longer than others when I took note to observe them daily. Within 7 days, 3 lamps were failing to stay lit dimly for more than 2-3 hours. I moved /switched them to spots with the others which were maximumly lit. The ones which were maximumly lit remained lit properly in the former dimly lit lamps spots. This did not rectify the issue for these 3 lamps. Two other lamps took on an inch of water after a light rainfall. I drained them and let the lid/jar unit dry out for a day. I rehung the formerly wet lamps that then only started to light up dimly for a shorter time daily. Five (5) of the 12 jar lights were not working properly within a short 7-10 day time span after purchase. Not happy since these were not cheap to purchase but were acting like they were bought at a cheap bargain store.UPDATE....ADDITION to my previous LACK LUSTER REVIEW: I sent a copy of the AMAZON review above to the seller when they requested a comment about their product. Received an email back within 24 hours in response. They apologized for the failure of some of the mason jar solar light lamps as stated above in my earlier comment. ( I was offered a replacement of the product or a refund.) I am enjoying the 7 mason jar lamps that are working as expected and described. Yesterday, January 6th, 2019, I received 6 solar light caps to change out the 5 dimly lit or failed non waterproof cap units and an additional gift of a 4 pack set of the same solar mason jars lights with remote. (I did not request new replacements yet but the seller took it upon themselves to "right the wrong")....These additional gift lights have 8 settings for different lighting patterns. Very beautiful. The seller stands behind their product reliability and promptly delivers satisfaction to their customers.

I had been waiting to review these lights when I had more time, because I have so many great things to share! However, as time goes on - I never seem to have the time, so I decided to just write a quickie, because the lights are so good... so GREAT, they deserve some kind of review!I did get mine on a lighting sale and saved about $5, but even at the regular price they are totally worth it!I have purchased lots of solar lamps and this set is absolutely THE BEST I have ever owned. I put two by my front door (they look adorable!) and light the front porch well enough to see the key hole, with no other light. They also just look awesome From the street. They get 1/2 day of sunlight and are still on at 6am. AMAZING!!!The other two are on my deck and only get a few hours of sunlight. They stay lit til about 2 am... which I am very pleased with.The light is a warm white and the jars give off a really neat reflection/ pattern.I think I may spray the top & handle With a poly spray to help Protect them.If you want some really neat lights, these are it! I love mine!They would look so cool if they were outlining a path or walk way too.Great lights and one of my happiest purchases on amazon! Thank you!

My sister had given me an older version of these. I like the golden light compared to some of the harsh white light of some other solar garden lights. I'm not crazy about the "Home" pressed into the jars, but unless one is staring at them, it's not noticeable. They seem to be standard size mason jars, so if one gets broken, one should be able to just unscrew the solar part off and put it on another jar.

Everything was great until I open the box. I bought these for a senior citizens class to make garden lanterns. They worked wonderfully. Thank goodness everyone didn't show. I had 4 cases . The two cases had broken jars in them.. Not just cracked but smashed to pieces. I do have pictures of those. The jars are wrapped in bubble wrap but this had to be a very hard blow. The box looked fine though. The bubble wrapped saved the glass shards from going allover the inside. I needed 15 jars and I ordered 16 jars. Would give 5 stars but I feel kind of cheated because of the damage. Will be in touch for a refund.

If you need something to add the perfect ambience to your outside area, look no further. These are awesome. Our guests rave about them😀

I bought these a while back and two days ago, I really had to use them. I keep them inside at my window to charge. Well we were hit by hurricane Hannah and lost power. These lanterns helped so much. One lit up my kids room, not totally, but enough for them to go play in there. One stayed in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one for when we showered. They were such a big help, especially since they are solar charged. I’d recommend these to anyone who wants to buy “just in case” lights

These work great out of the box and look cool at night on our patio coffee table - I’d recommend these!!

I bought these with the jars because I see some people are having issues with their own jars. I recieved these today. I ordered 8 (4pack x 2) and one wasn't working. (Tested by swapping battery, with a good unit) I emailed Aobik and they responded in less than 2 hours to ship me a replacement. I can’t say to these on water resistance yet, but the company warantee is for 18 months, and for fast customer service response this company deserves a 5 star. They look great on my patio too. These are small pint jars, Ball brand mason jars, incase anyone is wondering the size.
