reliable and easy to use
works well with my karoo 2 bike computer; provides audio/visual warning or rear approaching vehicles - when vehicles at speed or close a red banner is added - very useful. operation of light is automatic from the karoo and able to set the different modes. all in all an excellent product

Works with wahoo element bolt
Great but not compatible with a dropper post unless you get a seat rail mount separately. In use it works as expected, shows cars approaching and flashes at them to catch their attention. The result is better passing behaviour on the whole and more confidence. When cars slow down and keep pace behind you they disappear from the screen, also multiple cars might be shown as one. A car in the distance that turns off can also appear and leave the screen. Audio cues as well as led flashes amber for a car, red for a fast car and green for all clear make for a great riding experience with the wahoo element bolt. App is easy to use but beware of the similarly named app for the Bryton computers which will not pair with the gardia light.

Excellent Radar
Bought this to replace my Garmin Varia which fell off on one bumpy ride. So far this has been excellent, spots the cars coming from a good distance and has pretty good battery life.

Provides a sense of security
Works straight out of the box- linked to two Bryton units. On average picks up cars 100+ m away, before you can hear them. I have had no false alarms. If car slows down to the same speed as you, will disappear off heads up display. I have “car passed” signal on, so not really an issue, under these circumstances you will know that there is a car adjacent to you. Good battery life. I would recommend spending £10 to get a dedicated seat post mount- you need to get a Bryton compatible- not the same fitting as a Garmin one. I would recommend this unit, impressed

Does exactly what it's supposed to.
This bike radar works exactly as it should. I've been extremely pleased with it, it's picked up every vehicle that has appeared behind me with not a single false negative. It shows both single & multiple vehicles, appearing as a dot or dots on my Garmin Edge 530 which it connected to with no problem. Yes the dots do disappear when the vehicle behind matches your speed, but reappear again when it speeds up to overtake, from what i've read, this is the case on all bike radars, including the Garmin Varia, so there's no way around this for the time being.I think most of the bad reviews came before the latest firmware update (version R0.4.13). This update seems to have fixed all the bugs that were there before and is the reason I took a chance on it over the Varia.Overall, considering the cost of the Garmin Varia RTL515 is between £130- £170 depending if you catch it in a sale then this a cheaper alternative that in my experience does the same job (I got it for £96). I definitely recommend riding with a radar, thought it was a bit of a gimmick when they first came out but now i've used one I wouldn't go without.

How did I ride without this
This is a great light/Radar to have on your bike. I use the Bryton 750 GPS computer and this just adds another level to your bike computer.I ride on alot of single track country lanes and this radar has been great in letting me know I have something behind me as sometimes you cant hear these electric cars but your radar will let you know they are there. If you use a bike computer then this is a great safety item to add to your bike.I have used this for around 6 months now and its been great always giving a true reading of vehicles behind you. I have found it really useful and highly recommend it.

Show potential
With this radar light you get false alarm but when out on the country road it is very good. And it can be tricked by people cutting across the road and at crossroads by other cars

Radar vraiment eficace

Prodotto SUPER.
