In addition to our vitamin and supplement regimen, my wife and I have been taking Apple Cider Gummies - various brands - for quite a while. Apple Cider Vinegar is considered a super food. Not sure I can vouch for the health benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, or any vitamins or supplements for that matter. But I can say we both feel better if we take them then if we don't. What matters with ACV Gummies is do they taste okay, do they have an aftertaste, and do they chew okay. These have a pleasant mild taste, and no aftertaste. They do have a harder consistency than some other ACV gummies that we have used, have a tougher chew more like some of those harder gummy candies, and can stick to your teeth before melting away. From a health/nutrition perspective, they are sugar free, contain only 1g of carbs and, also contain a number of vitamins and other supplements including Turmeric, considered another super food. These could easily get a 5-star rating, but since I can't vouch for the benefits that supplements may contribute, that different people can react differently to them, and there are a large number of choices available for a wide range of prices I'm giving a 4-star rating.

Are they supposed to be hard as a rock? It's almost like they are old. O can't say anything about how they work yet so will continue with them bur will definitely get a different brand next time.

I don't usually like to take supplements as they rarely do anything for me. I was pleasantly surprised that this one does seem to work at reducing cravings. I like that there is no sugar and is made from natural ingredients. These are much better ACV gummies than other brands I've tried! The other brand was loaded with sugar and does not have the natural ingredients of the Keto ACV (tumeric, pepper, beetroot, ginger, pomegranate). If I get hunger cravings I'll have 2 gummies and the cravings will dissipate. It becomes more like a thought in the back of my mind than a hunger that begs to be satisfied. It won't keep me from eating, but it will help me realize I don't need to.

Amazon is telling this item cannot be returned? I used for 5 days and this gummies is giving me asthma. this gummies have turmeric and the others gummies don’t. I tried other gummies and they are ok. I will throw them away if cannot have a refund. Thanks

ACV and turmeric? Tastes good. And no sugar? There’s a win.I have had a reaction to (a large quantity of) erythritol in the past. I forget this even had it after several servings – no negative issues at all.

I've been taking these daily for over a week now. These teddy-bear shaped gummies come out of the bottle stiff and dry but will soften and get a bit sticky in the mouth. They are still enjoyable, and the taste is good. I look forward to getting hit with the pungent vinegar smell each time I open the bottle ;-) Expiration is 14-08-2024 , so over a year and a half out from when I received it.
