Perfect Bag for Constrained Spaces
If I had my way, I'd have a 150-pound angle bag with protrusions hanging from a steel berm or a bag holder. Unfortunately, I'm space constrained and sound is a concern. The Xsport/"Splitter" bag is easy to set up and rewarding. The base takes some time to fill, though my sand needed to thaw more. That said, it's a great bag for boxing and martial arts with a clever design. I use it as a heavy bag and as a makiwara. The foam is dense and solid. Don't hit it bareknuckle unless your fists are conditioned or wrapped. The bag works well for other blows, chops, edge of hand, or hammer fist strikes. The bag's sleek shape affords additional adjustments. If you're doing curved strikes, such as hooks, uppercuts, or backfists, buy some long pool noodles. Tape three of them together, wrap and bindle the ends. Slide it over and you have a cheap bag attachment. An add-on like the Title Boxing Strike Foe also works. It's nice to have a contoured protrusion to be able to realize full striking potential. You can wrap the base in a skirt of mattress foam, or two tires with at least a 20" diameter, for low kicks. The bag has a thin profile. You can move it to a corner, and into place, as needed. Sure, it's heavy once filled. One option would be to tilt it onto furniture movers if you can't leave it in the center of a room. The bag is relatively quiet, if you fill the base with sand. This means you can hit it if others are sleeping, or in adjacent rooms, without the resounding boom of hanging bags -- especially those anchored in floor beams or suspended from rickety metal bag holders.Quick Tips:- Use the suction cups. I tried to use a mat at first but the bag will tip without them. The suction cups help to distribute force. Make sure they're clean, and that your floor is clean, to avoid scratches if the surface is finished.- Get an oversized funnel with an 1.5" mouth, or use a larger water/soda bottle that you've thoroughly cleaned and dried. Cut the water bottle at an angle so you can pour the sand more easily. Play sand works best unless you want the noise from rocks or crushed marble. Paving sand can stain if it leaks.- I used about 5 bags of 0.4-meter play sand. It should be available for $3-$7 a bag. Go to a big box or local gardening store. Pre-order for fast pickup.- Extra sand can be poured into old or discarded basketball or soccer balls. Cut at the seam. Fill. Seal with Gorilla glue and patch with Shoe Goo or a similarly rugged epoxy. Then apply two layers of colored Gorilla or strong duct tape. Add some color accents if you want and you have homemade medicine balls. $70 or more saved, depending on weight.Caveats:- The company ideally would make spare parts more readily available. The bag holds up to punishment, but additional rubber horns and suction cups would be great to offer in a spare parts bag.- The bag is only 5'9". It isn't adjustable. I wouldn't recommend it to those 6' and taller, or monster Thai kickers who need a suspended 100 lb.-150 lb. bag. Unless you're crafty and devise some kind of extension "head" for the top. It makes sense that this isn't taller due to the physics of the design, and the likely failure of an adjustable metal rod with slip bolts.

Good Bag for the Price
I have not used the bag to full potential yet but i will say it feels pretty good and seems sturdy.Assembly was very easy, alot of screws but didnt take long at all to assembly. the hardest part was putting sand in the base. i used paver sand (has small rocks) and took almost 2 hours to fill 2 bags. with that said, 2 bags holds the base pretty well.i'm hoping to get a good boxing workout in soon, possibly send another review with how it handles. so far, for the price i think its a great bag for kids and adults. thanks

Overall decent, but not without some drawbacks
Overall, this bag does it's job. It's been great to have a way to get some energy out during shelter-in-place. There were some challenges though.Pros:Incredible customer support!Easy set upDoes the jobMobileCons:Questionable quality control (mine was missing 3 bolts, had 10 extra nuts, and several extra suction cups)Shipping was delayed by several weeks (though it seems to be due to Covid reroutes, and the company had amazing customer support throughout)Not that solid - it works for me (with no boxing background) but it's not a heavy bag.Overall, very glad to have it, but if I was making a habit of this I'd spring for a heavy bag.

Very well-designed
This bag has the feel of being very high-quality, but in a lower price range. I found it very easy to assemble and my kit actually came with two spring connectors for the middle (not sure if this was a mistake or intentionally included as a spare). I used two 50-pound bags of sand to fill the base and it’s held up very well in terms of balance. No issues with getting the sand in, although I used dry sand and a funnel. I did not find the suction cups useful - they are unnecessary with the weight of the sand and really only prevent easily moving the bag around my room.

Perfect
Great punching bag. I use it in my backyard on pavers and just needed to fill it with enough sand and it is super stable. Actually filled it with too much sand initially and it was too immobile...it wss like like hitting a wall. I needed to remove some to get it to the just right wobble. Perfect height and the base is narrow, good for kicking as well. Package came in 2 separate shipments about 2 days apart and set up was pretty easy.

Amazing Customer Service
Let me start off by saying I have taken kickboxing classes for two years now. I can hit the bag with A LOT of force. This bag is an amazing beginner bag when I first tried it out. I let my little brother try it out for the first 3 days. However, for me, I needed a heavier bag to train with. I ended up returning this bag to buy the same exact one that my gym uses. I bought this bag due to my gym being closed during Covid. I tried out the bag and decided I needed a heavier one. When I tried to return the bag, the seller was not able to accept packages due to Covid-19. However, they kept an open line of communication with me on when I could return the bag. All I got to say is I am giving this product 5 stars just because of the stellar customer service.

high quality and durable
The media could not be loaded. Very fast delivery I ordered on Monday , got it on Sunday. Base and bag came separately , first i received one , but the other one came next day . I used it to boxing for almost two months , for now it's still on good condition ,Here's some comments i want to share with youFirst , filled the base with about 180lbs sand is the better option ,so that it heavy enough to support the powersecond , the suction cups works perfect on smooth surface , i put it on the wooden floor then it's very stableI've trained boxing over one year , i'm 5'9" tall and 156 pounds man , this punching bag meets my expectation. And i thnk the seller's service is good , i lost 2 suction cups when i move the bag , i contact the seller asked them where i can buy the suction cups , the Customer service replied they would send to me if i needed , then i received the package with 3 suction cups after 10 days , really cool !
