Leef iBridge 3 32 GB External IOS Memory for Apple iPhone - Black

It’s always bugged me that I could expand the memory on my android devices but not my apple devices. It use to be a bind to transfer my photos via email to my lap top ... but not anymore.. The Leef ibridge 3 is a wonderful piece of kit. Once you’ve downloaded the app you can transfer photos, vids and docs to the Leef then plug into your lap top and copy across. The Leef also asks if you want to delete originals off your phone, iPad or iPod etc. and you can also transfer from leef to phone/iPad etc. I haven’t tried it with music files though, as I use an iPod and use cloud for this. The Leef recognises the file extension too. It has a file manager, so you can create folders to organise your data. Simple insertion into the lap top, and opens up just like a memory stick, which enable you to transfer files from lap top to Leef.. I’ve found this extremely handy, as I can download PDFs to the Leef to carry about with me... if I need to send these via email to others, simply plug into my device, open and email over.. Yes, I could pay and increase my cloud limit, but prefer to have a sleek memory stick that’s on my key ring. The bonus is that you can pin protect your Leef too

Great, easy to use bit of kit for transferring files to and from iPhone (or other, depending on which leef product you purchase), to Mac or PC. The App makes everything so easy to do, especially with camera app, automatically saving photos to the drive. Just what I wanted. Oh, and the ability to lock it is great. That added piece of mind.

I was advised by the support to upgrade my Leef iBridge 1 to current model to solve the issue of video not transferring correctly from the iBridge to my iMac after the upgrade of iOS system, only sound is transfered... only to find out that the new model has the same problem after my iMac. So I do not recomend buying this product at this moment if that is what you want to use it for... Also I find the support has given me very poor advise to get me to buy a new product, even they did know that the new has the same problem. I feel angry that they have fooled me to use more money for nothing !

The current version now works with IOS 11. It comes in an oval rubber case, which is a little fiddly-I would not attach it to a key ring- this is why it only gets 4*. Data transfer is fine, albeit slightly slow, but I have just transferred two 2 hour films, which run well. I wasn't sure what to do with music files, so put them in a new folder and again this runs perfectly. So far so good.

The best £60 I've spent in ages. Great App a kid could use. Works perfectly on my iPhone 6s. Fast data transfer from iPhone to stick and even faster from stick to PC (including WinXP). Well done to to the design team. I wish all small gadgets were this good.

You have to use two ofthere apps for saving photos or docs etc .I wanted an easy to use iOS usb without using other apps .I would buy a better one if I was buying again

When I first purchased the Leef iBridge 3, I thought it was brilliant. But the more I used it, the more I got frustrated with it. For a small media album it is fine. But I was using it and my phone to complete building surveys, with lots of photographs. The transfer speed between the iPhone and the iBridge is puzzlingly slow. It has also proven to be a very unreliable 'flaky' device. I have found that the media transfers will only continue while I have the app open and on top. If I move away from the iBridge app, and leave it running in the background, the transfer pauses, which is ridiculous. I bought a simple micro SD card reader instead, and that works as you would expect, in that media transfers are fast, and I can start a transfer or sync to the phone/iPad, then move away to another app (YouTube/Netflix), and the transfer keeps going until completion. There is only one feature of the iBridge that I keep it for now, and that is the camera app. As that feature allows me to take a photo and have it save directly into iBridge memory, instead of filling up the phone's internal storage. The Leef iBridge 3 is a really good idea, in a superb form-factor, ruined by slow transfer speeds and a lack of reliable background operation.

Non mi dilungo sul servizio Amazon sempre buono. Ho comprato tre iBridge da 32 GB. Il primo nel 2015. Ne ero soddisfattissimo sino a quando un mese fa lo ho perso in aereo. Ha funzionato benissimo con iPhone 5s, 6 plus, 8 plus e X oltre che iPad 4 e mini. Era USB2 e mi permetteva di aprire e salvare i file presenti sulla pennetta nelle varie App del telefono o ipad. Ad esempio potevo salvare ed annotare PDF o trasmettere file come allegati. Trasferire foto dal telefonino alla pennetta ed a un PC o viceversa era comodissimo. Il secondo iBtridge 3 lo ho regalato a mia figlia entusiasta dopo aver provato il mio. Il terzo IBridge 3 due mesi fa in sostituzione di quello perso. La qualità costruttiva è inferiore a quello del 2015 che aveva una custodia rigida mentre quella attuale è in plastica.. Con piacevole sorpresa lo ho pagato la metà di quello comprato a natale scorso. Purtroppo hanno tolto la funzionalità di poter aprire i file nelle App presenti sul telefono/iPad. Adesso si possono salvare file solo nella memoria dell'APP iBridge 3 dove li puoi consultare ma non aprire con altre APP. Per me era una funzionalità molto comoda. Per poter fare questo ora devo mettere il file su un cloud e poi aprirlo nella APP desiderata. Il trsferimento di foto è velocissimo e molto comodo. Si trasferiscono tutte le foto in blocco o si visualizzano le anteprime, si selezionano le foto desiderate e si trasferiscono solo queste. Lo uso attualmente con 5S, X e iPad mini. Prodotto consigliato.

Un po troppo costosa ma decismanete funzionale allo scopo, mi ha permesso tramite app di scaricare tutte le foto ed i video dell'iphone che ormai era pieno. Ti permette di sistemare le foto, e reinserirle nel rullino del telefono sempre attraverso l'app.
