I've tried many other brands of collagen powder, and this seems equivalent to them, honestly. It might be slightly fluffier in volume, but it mixes and tastes the same. I had no issues with this brand, except that the measurement amount (500g) is a little non-standard for the US market, which is normally in pounds (so: 1.1lbs).Collagen I highly recommend for anyone with joint issues or connective tissue injuries (which type I+III are good for). For me, it really helps with my knees (or seems to) though it takes a few weeks to see the effects of it. I take it on an empty stomach, between meals. From what I've learned, dietary collagen is not used directly to build connective tissue. Some portion is digested to amino acids and that supports new collagen synthesis. However, there are some whole collagen proteins which are transported into your bloodstream and those support the particular inter-cellular signals needed to generate that type of tissue - so here you need to be particular that the type of collagen you're eating matches matches what you're trying to support.

Nice that this collagen protein powder is undetectable in coffee so I could actually take 2 scoops at a time to get the full 20g of protein per serving. Normally I would take one scoop twice a day because of the slight sweet tastes of other brands. The powder contains hydrolyzed collagen proteins, which are in the form most readily absorbed by our cells. The container provides 50-100 servings of collagen protein depending on if you consume one or two scoops each day. It is twice the size of other collagen protein containers for the same price. But that doesn’t mean it’s low quality. I have used other collagen products so am familiar with the supplement type. Too soon to really speak about any noticeable changes but collagen (especially the more types you add in) is known to help with skin, joints, etc. I am mainly wanting it for skin beauty but as I age the benefits of more elastic joints is a plus. A big plus--It actually lists the source of the 17 hydrolyzed (easier to absorb) amino acids from grass-fed cows with 10g per serving. Bovine is supposed to be the most potent and effective collagen source. I love the huge container size and it's non GMO and includes no fillers! Oh, no outer safety seal but it does have a foil inner seal.

It still has a slight flavor, but it's only faintly noticeable.It pours through a funnel easily, and dissolves well without too much shaking and without a wire mixer ball.It's a very fine powder, so it tends to puff up in a very tiny cloud as I'm pouring it, unless I'm really careful about pouring it slowly and low in the funnel. But it isn't that much that goes up in the air anyway (also due to it being fine), so it's not a big deal if that happens.The one I got in November 2022 expires in February 2025. It came with a tamper seal under the lid.

This brand appears to be of high quality. It comes from grass fed cattle, is third party tested, is non GMO and has other quality badges as well. It comes from only one source but still very high quality.This powder mixes well and has no taste so can be combined with a smoothie, food, or juice. The powder is much easier to take than capsules. This is an all natural product which does produce results and greatly overlooked. Most of us should probably be taking a supplement of this type for it’s obvious benefits.

This is much bigger than I anticipated and almost a 2 month supply (50 days). The powder mixed in my coffee with no trouble and it didn't have any taste to it. WINWIN. I've tried many collagen supplements and this is my second favorite as it has no taste!!! The price is great for the amount you get . Would recommend for anyone that wants to mix it straight into their beverage without having to taste it.
