Four out of 5 hatched!My 11 yr-old daughter installed and took care of the incubator. We are so happy because it was the first time watching the chicks hatching from the eggs.We tried DIY years ago, and it failed. I am glad that I bought this incubator; it works great and it has everything you need except the eggs and water ;)

If your hatch rate is low then this works great. If your hatch rate is high then I recommend not putting the max amount of eggs in it. There’s no room for the chicks when they hatch. They trample each other and the headspace for the chicks is low. Cleaning is easy. Automatic turner works good. It doesn’t have a humidity gauge.

The instructions were vague at most but just do your research and look up a lot on this model and what to watch out for and it absolutely works without a problem! I bought 12 quail eggs and 8 of them of hatched so far. Really nice design too. I was able to to slide it under my bed so it was out of the way. I would recommend this for the beginner egg hatcher lol.

Doesn’t turn the eggs, even small ones, like it should. It just clicks and tries to move and roll them but it doesn’t. Use a larger water bottle as this one can empty overnight and kill the embryos. With hand rolling at least 3Xs daily and you are okay. I of course ran out of my 30 return.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this for our classroom baby chicken eggs so far so good no complaints.

The automatic turning stopped turning it now just clicks. Also it's in Celsius not farenheight so I had to think back to school and figure out what temp it was to be set. It does not come with the water bottle or any sort of instruction sheet. I am still using, and turning my eggs manually because they are 18 days in! None of the eggs hatched!!!

Decided to try hatching eggs for an end of the school year activity. 11 of the 12 hatched. Very easy to assemble and worked great!

Worked pretty good. After 21 days my eggs are hatched. I read previously to buying this that controlling the humidity was a little hard, and it is, but it got old after messing with it the 1st three days So i let it be and see what would happen. Also, after first egg hatches you want to take the rack out so it doesn't harm your chick's, or at least that's what I did. Finally, there isn't a breather hole to let some air in after chick's hatch, so I lifted lid and stuck a paperclip on one side to let some airflow for hatched eggs. Other than that, me and my kids had fun hatching eggs. We will keep using this contraption until it no longer works.

I purchased this incubator because it was cheap but had very little hope that it would do a good job!! Boy was I wrong. Out of the 12 chicken eggs I set only 1 wasn’t fertile. I had a 100% hatch rate even after I had a power failure and the eggs got cold. Literally the best incubator I have ever owned! Just plug it in, add the water and let it do its thing. I just purchased a second one!!

Doesn't give users instructions in booklet that comes with the incubator (was only a few pictures) and then flash light for candling never worked once also had no idea how much water or when to add water.

The media could not be loaded. I incubated 24 quail eggs in it, almost all hatched. The temperature stayed in an acceptable range, the humidity was way too high (70-80%) with a water bottle attached like the instructions, but this was easily fixed by pouring only a little water into the bottle holder 2 or 3 times per day. You will need a separate hygrometre as the incubator only indicates temperatureThe egg turning mechanism had no issues, see videoNote - this incubator has no air vents, but this didn't seem to cause problems, because of this I opened it a crack for a couple seconds once or twice a day during the later stages and hatching, and this did not cause the humidity to drop in any significant way

The machine looks great and the temperature is stable. But my eggs are not moving! The turner moves when you press and hold a button but not automatically as stated in the product description. There is nothing in the instructions about whether you need to program the auto turner.I contacted the product manufacturer and the link sends me to a random website that has nothing to do with the incubator itself. So now I have to buy another unit, transfer my eggs and hope the new unit works and the eggs are not ruined by this device.

I purchased this this a 50/50 hope of proper results. I'm incredibly impressed and had all of my viable eggs hatch . You do have to keep an eye on the humidity and add little amounts at a time. You can't just fill the bottle and attach it. I had 6 5 turkey eggs and 6 chicken mini eggs and the turner was able to manage them all. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for but this exceeded all my expectations. Now just to see how long it lasts.
