Posture Corrector - Adjustable Back Brace for Pain Relief, Medium

I always forget to use this but when I do, it doesn’t correct your form but reminds you too. When you slouch wearing it, it’s super uncomfortable so you sit up a bit & relieve it. I like it a lot cause it’s light wear and even bought one for a friend! I don’t wear it frequently anymore but I still see a difference in my posture from wearing it. It becomes a habit to consider your posture.

There is definitely a noticeable difference in my posture when you pull the tabs to the velcro.Make sure you wear either a shirt or clothing (can be thin material) under the device because my mom experienced pain on her shoulders (where the straps rest) after wearing it directly on the skin. She has scoliosis and sits at a desk most days, hunched over. Her posture drastically changed when she put it on and she said she doesn't have to struggle with correcting her posture.Tip: Make sure to remove the device after a few hours, especially when you start to feel uncomfortable (for me... felt uncomfortable after 12 hours of wear). Take it off during these times to allow the back and shoulders to rest. Overall a good product and purchased 2 more 1 for my aunt and 1 for me 😂Recommendation to manufacturer:(add gel padding to shoulder areas to increase comfort during wear).

Good enough and fits okay except for the tape which sometimes get uncomfortable underarm. Wear most time under clothes.

When I wear this, my back pain goes away. I no longer feel my back is tired at the end of the day, and I can sit up straight without straining. It does cut into your armpits a bit if you don’t wear it correctly, but if worn over clothes this is barely noticeable. Well worth the price! I saw my posture improve within hours of wearing it!

Let us start then...1. The device moves as you move, riding upwards and never stays in place below your neck.2. Causes neck pain due to upward movement, instead of helping your back posture, it hurts you.3. Also causes shoulder/trapezius strain because if you try to tighten it, it inhibits normal trapezius movement, straining the muscle.4. Further injurious issues are migraines due to the aforementioned neck/ trapezius strains.I've tried this on and off for months and, after this last time, this will be relegated to the garbage. I am writing this, in pain, after wearing it for less than a week daily. Previously (literally last week), I'd had no migraine-related strains and only wanted to sit up straighter w/o sloutching.Conclusion: do not buy this unless you are seriously low on funds and even then, only wear it sparingly and very loosely. Honest advice, do not buy at all. Look for posture correctors that do not have straps laying directly on the traps but on the side and over the caps of your shoulders (deltoids).

Not comfortable and not easy to put on and adjust. It has to be cinched up with velcro straps which aren't easy to reach and pull tight. It also isn't elastic enough and when tight enough to hold a correct posture, it cuts into my shoulders.

I received this today and was a little skeptical with some of the reviews. I work from a laptop all day and have noticed for a while that I have the worst posture. When I got a massage a few months ago, my massuse even pointed out that my shoulders were curved in pretty bad and I was way too tense. I've also had yoga teachers struggle to get my shoulders to relax and get myself to a straight posture. Anyways, I bought this just as an effort to see if it would help at all because I thought anything should hopefully help at this point. I just realized tonight after some photo editing that I'm sitting up straight and it doesn't hurt - I can actually do it! I think if anything, this posture corrector helped me stretch some of the muscles and make it just easier to sit up straight without feeling way uncomfortable. I hope it continues to work - this was only after day 1!

Works well holding shoulders back. Difficult to put on and adjust. Angle of straps makes the back piece sit too high, shows through neck of shirt. Straps are too wide and not shaped properly for underarms.
