Wasted money
Wasted my money this. I'm surprised to see the positive reviews here. Pathetic design of tablet, big size and water absorbing layer makes it hard to even swallow. Leaves some greenish colour on tongue which makes me doubt what exactly is added. I personally did not like at all.

Been having Maca root tablets from Vruksha Vitals and it has helped boost my energy levels a lot. I feel more active and energetic after taking these supplements. The tablets are quite big and I just take one tablet after breakfast every day. One bottle would last for around 5 months so it has value for money as well.
