I liked the concept, but I’m not sure what I was expecting since it really isn’t anything like a vape/cig.To me this is the equivalent of a straw with a smaller hole. If that’s all the sensation you need it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t get this again or say it helps.

Helps overall, but the actual product is very small and easy to misplace. If it was bigger I'd give it a flying recommendation. For now, it's a good way to help with cravings overall

It kept my hand busy. The flavor was okay also.

Helps to keep the hand habit but doesn’t do much for the cravings. Could possibly work if I had tried to for longer but ended up going cold turkey.

Bought the Spearmint 3 Pack to help aid in my recovery from no nic.It definitely helps when I have cravings while driving. Averages about 4 days before needing to use a new one.Yes, it is small- but research before purchasing. They have a youtube channel that shows the size.
