Great item, used it to take a video of my birthday cake.

I received the item today, and I plugged it in. Nothing happened. I tried all 3 switch positions. Nothing. I know the outlet is working because I unplugged a light to plug it in. The box is arrived in looked as if had been previously opened. The lid was only partially in, and the corner of the flap was torn. it arrived in a pristine Amazon box, so I know the box wasn't damaged in shipping.The description indicates a user guide would be included. There was no user guide. There was one slip of paper the size of a business card. It was entirely in Chinese, so if there was anything there about how to use it, I couldn't read it. It seems awfully small to be a user guide. And, on one side were some lines with text labels that looked like it might be to record purchase date, serial number (if it had one, I couldn't find it), etc. But, again, everything was in Chinese, so it wasn't at all helpful.I will not be replacing it. I've asked for a refund and will be ordering from another manufacturer.

It functions but it tends to be extremely jittery. I tried different outlets, usb ports, and even a tried using a power brick from another product to provide a more stable current. The motor is just jittery. I should have spent the extra $5 on a more reviewed product. Live and learn.
