Hard drive to use with security cameras
Really easy to fit inside the housing. Incredibly easy to connect without any prior knowledge of electrics required.Screws included to hold in place.Excellent for our needs

Not well packed
Drive works fine, so thats number 1 priority. These are used drives, but does the job perfectly. My only worry is, altho the drive came in an anti static bag, it was shipped with no other packaging and was just slipped inside an amazon cardboard envelope. Could so easily be damaged by shocks and knocks in this way. Wasn't even marked as fragile. Really should be packaged with some kind of anti-shock protection.However, if you are happy to take that risk, this is a cheap way to add extra storage.

Will not format once full so a waste of money
Bought to use in a CCTV system, worked fine until drive was full and needed formatting, just impossible to format, even after system restarts and firmware updates, piece of junk, AVOID AND BUY A KNOWN BRAND YOU CAN TRUST!

Compatability problem
This hard drive seemed to be a good inexpensive replacement for my Humax Freesat but did not work so had to return it. No problem with Amazon refund.
