I have purchased several different Matys Products in past and this 1 is at the top of list. I am very happen with product and the fact that its all natural is a plus

12 pills in a bottle that cost $30? Previously used or open bottle.

A little on the pricey side. I do like that it has a more natural ingredient list, but this particular one just isn’t for me.

It surely gets the job done. Keep in mind that every supplement/laxative will affect people differently. States you will see relief in 6-12 hours. I took 2 pills (The normal dosage) at around 9 PM last night. Drank a big thing of water and went to sleep. Slept solid all night without waking up to misery. Noticed I had to go a little bit first thing in the morning but nothing dramatic. Around 9:00AM experienced a very gassy stomach. And then....10:30AM hit and definitely got relieved...Maybe a little too much. I've gone several times since then. I haven't had to dash to the bathroom but didn't have time to sit and wait. I didn't have much in regard to stomach pain but this product, I assure you, will empty you LOL 5 stars for its timely and semi-gentleness.

I have IBS mixed (meaning my stomach swings from constipation to the exact opposite regularly). Constipation is when I end up with a painful episode, so I avoid it as much as possible. Beyond diet and exercise, I need options for helping my system along, but I prefer it to be as natural as possible. I tried this recently, and it was good. It says you can take 2 pills, but out of caution for my 1st attempt, I took 1. Take it before bed so the next morning you can go to the bathroom. I had zero stomach cramps or pain from this and was able to potty. I definitely recommend trying this if you're looking for occasional assistance but want something gentle and natural.

I would like to pre-face this by saying I've never taken laxatives, or constipation relief of any sort, so naturally I read the reviews before giving this a try. Most of the reviews say the formula in these is mild, so I though "what the hay, I'll take a full dose of 2 capsuls." WRONG. DON'T DO IT if you are new to these types of products. I took them between 3 and 4 pm, it is currently 3am and im...'in the process' now. The cramps remind me of labor, they started off slightly annoying then eventually got so strong I couldn't even breathe through them. Anyway, I'm just glad I am finally able to 'go'. I would probably use these again as a last resort if my normal vitamins and probiotic blend weren't working to help me go. Overall I am satisfied with the outcome, they did their job and for that I am grateful.

I have chronic constipation and am always trying new supplements to help. This worked in 6 hours as described but did not completely empty me out. I was still bloated and gassy the next day. It is also much more expensive than other supplements I've tried. It may work better for people who only need occasional relief.
