Its a shame I couldn't get this movie on blu ray.

I got this from Amazon to check something on it years ago & it’s not something I’d watch anymore at my age, in my experience Pauly Shore the main actor might not always be great but I don’t really know & the critics hate him & they hate a lot of his movie’s because of it but he’s done some really good acting & just because the critics probably say this is mediocre or trash doesn’t mean it isn’t the classic it is, this is definitely an extremely good film which I think deserves 5 out of 5, even a lot of every day internet users might dislike him though which I think could lead to his films getting more low ratings which I think is probably fair enough unfortunately but it is a shame though. That said Pauly Shore could’ve been a really good comedian (cringe) but don’t hate me because I know he might’ve been terrible.

When is this being remade for UHD??? BUY ALL AVAILABLE COPIES ITS A FUTURE CLASSIC

A film I saw as a teenager then rediscovered and loved again. It is fun and captivating and leaves you laughing and going hell yeah! If you want a dvd that is guaranteed to give you a night in to watch and chill out with friends and have on your dvd shelf then please buy this it is as I feel it is a must to every collecters DVD collection. I feel it is very much a film of its time captuaring the cliques and feelings of it age. Buy watch it love it.

Encino Man is very apt title, the movie is well thought through and the story flows with good humour, emotion, simplistic style of natural innocence, type casting of characters & brilliantly acted, I like this movie & can easily watch again & recommend it to anyOne who can understand this good comedy: Pretty much lots of people ...

Another GOOD OLD COMEDY. Crazy and extremly funny Brendan Fraser as a "Stone Age Caveman" who is dug up in moderm time , and lives. Mr. Fraser is perfect in the role as the Caveman... If you like Crazy Humor , you can`t go wrong with this one.HAIL!!!

Loved this one. As a Branden Fraser fan I’m always looking to expand my collection. I never heard of this movie. But the trailer and reviews were enough for me to buy not only this movie but also a area free DVD player. You will need a area free DVD player to watch this one. But since my previous DVD player was in need of replacement anyway I allowed myself to buy both the player and this dvd. No regrets whatsoever. The movie is really funny
