This mare has to be related to my favorite Arabian, Bay Abi. (Anyway, I hope so.)Show Arabians have changed so much from when I had my mare (77-95) and it seems they have gotten a little goofy. I don't understand why people would breed for such a trait. They were bred for hundreds of years to be intelligent companions of the desert nomads. Still, she is breathtaking, showing the pure beauty of the breed. I have many, many Breyer horses, dating back into the 50's. I love the older molds but these newer ones are very nice. I don't have room to display all my horses but I have displayed some of my newer ones, including this one so I can see her every day.

I’m currently on an Arabian craze with Breyers. I’ve been buying a lot of Arabian models so I decided that I’m a good for awhile and was going to try and focus back on collecting racehorses and quarter horse models. I kept returning to look at this lovely and realized I better just get it over with and grab her. Now she shall be joining my herd and going on my newly stained cedar shelves in the spring.

I collected Breyers many years ago as a child and have just come back into the hobby recently. The realistic quality of these models is amazing. Shipping was very fast, but I recommend packing the shipping boxes a bit tighter to prevent damage in case someone wants to keep the Breyer box. The horses were in great shape.
