I bought it since I am a motorcyclist who goes on long rides frequently, and it is not always possible to keep hydrated regularly on the rides. This makes up for it when I can mix it with a glass of water on a break. It not only helps with hydration but the electrolytes ensure you're alert and energized on the ride. It's also proven to be a boon during summers, when one sachet can help replace hours of electrolyte loss through sweat.

I think it does its job very well, you feel hydrated, it's not too sweet so most people will like it.The only concern I have is the use of erithritol as a sweetner which according to New research has been linked with heart disease, the companies should opt for natural sweetners like stevia and monk fruit now.

Even though it says "sugar free" it has a ingredient in it that works in the body the same as sugar and is also chemical and not good for the body. It really spikes the blood sugar levels in the body and it will break your fast if you use it during fasting. So for the body it is not "sugar free" and it's not keto friendly. I couldn't use any of it, had to trow it away. Very disappointed in this product!

Maltodextrin has a higher GI than table sugar.
