Instructions included were for the 3x3x1 white cage so I had to use my brain. Agree with reviewer who said the A and B panels were swapped in count. They were, but it was correct. Clicked with me when I looked at the dimensions and not the picture. The depth of this cage is 18 inches, so flip the rectangle shaped panels with the longer end as depth not width and then it mostly came together. There were extra pieces to give flexibility on the doors - you could install with 2 or 3 doors with one wire piece left over. Also the door locks are useless, I plan to buy a couple of small carabiners for easy access and added safety. I purchased this product for a skittish older cat that just wants to be left alone and feel safe. I think this will do the trick. Luckily my cat is on the smaller side. I definitely would not purchase this for a chonker!

So they only sent me one return label which means I would have to repackage the two units together and would cost me about $240 to return. They won’t pay for the return shipping. They know darn well what they’re doing. Make it too expensive to return it so they don’t have to refund me cause I’m not paying more for shipping than it’s worth. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: So the instructions were just bad. I eventually figured out how to put it together. I gave it a try. Im doing TNR for the local stray and feral cats. I had one that luckily was a neighbors sweet escape. I put him in this cage till I could figure out who he belonged to. Well, he woke me up the next morning in my room. The covered panels are flimsy and long and there's no way to zip tie them in the middle. The cage was closed like I had left it but I found where he pryed the flimsy wires apart and escaped. Don't trust this with an adult cat. Now I really do have to send it back and find something better. I thought the covered panels would give them more privacy but it's just weak.It had half as many B panels and twice as many A panels, half as many grids, and even some extra rectangular open areas that make no sense. The plastic isn’t going to hold the stray and feral cats for very long before they bust through it and destroy it.

I was looking at so many different options of cat patios I got the reviews mixed up and accidentally ordered this one.A huge mistake I'm very savy with putting ikea items together this was ridiculous, I put it together and tore it down about five times.There is a scan code that will switch you to YouTube to help you put it together...😅 it's outdated and not the product video. Finally some else's review helped me explaining the letters were switched... almost six hours to put this 🤬 and some of the pieces don't fit or are not on the instruction paper

Not sturdy for enough for adult cats. Plastic slats easily cut with claws.AWFUL instructions that make no sense. QR code provided doesn't work.Not all pieces received. When reported to company, they claimed the wrong instructions were provided and gave updated instructions listing actual parts received. Although, they still didn't make sense and parts provided do not produce pictured layout.

I needed a temporary place for our adopted outdoor cat to live in for 3 days so we wouldn’t lose her before we moved. This worked perfectly inside our heated garage.
