Having tried a number of other wrist supports I think this is one of the most effective at reducing pain and providing support for the joint. It is also small, discreet and more comfortable to wear than many other designs BUT it is vastly overpriced. I bought it online so it was hard to tell exactly how it's made. Now it has arrived it's obvious that it's made from a single piece of double sided velcro stuck to a piece of velcro receptive velour the cost of which must be extremely low. I also doubt it will last very long. Great design but rip-off price.

I bought this wrist widget because I had an operation on my wrist and it was recommended to me to provide support. It does provide support and helps me lift slightly heavier things.
