They work
They work great when they are cutting a flat piece of material. I'm cutting into angle iron and these things don't work when cutting into tight spaces. You will have to free hand it. Just support your wrist onto the metal and commence cutting. It will be fairly strait and then use a grinder to flatten it out. And, do wear welding gloves, and welding helmet. When cutting give you helmet a min to lighten up on the auto dark feature then start cutting.
